When we arrived we were a little concerned about the scaffolding around the building (our previous hotel the night before, an Ibis, had had building works going on. There were builders items all over the corridor and a strong smell of wallpaper paste/paint.
Hotel very clean and staff very friendly
We never ate in Hotel but had a few refreshments only thing would be Bar staff very busy all over the place so if you wanted anything there was quite a wait. I would go back
This was a one night stay in Ypres at the Novotel. We arrived early and were able to check in an hour and a half before schedule. The front desk staff were friendly and efficient.

Stayed in the summer - easiest to park on Leopoldo III Laan (Access from Menin Gate end as the road’s divided in two by a barrier). Short walk to the hotel across the Poternepad footbridge, it’s free & felt very safe. We were there all week with no problems.
