I was quite impressed with the hotel outside, it looks like a castle and I bet it is beautiful for wedding pictures. It was hard to get to it. If you are using a sat nav, make sure you put the name of the hotel not only the post code! First disappointment after the check-in was that I wasn't staying...

This looks a lovely place and after much research decided to book. Have now rung 7 times, but no one has answered phone despite trying at several different times of day. Doesn't bode well for service so have booked elsewhere.

My wife and I have just returned from a weekend "rat pack tribute night" break with Edwards coach holidays. We tried for 2 days to get telephone answer with information so gave up and asked Edwards to get the information. It took them 3 days. The rat pack tribute night consisted of 1 hour 15 minutes of one person singing...

Been here a few times now. Come here for business quite a lot. Once again, stayed in the stable block. Room was ok, but just like last time, the shower was shocking. Either freezing cold, or boiling hot. The food was better than last time. I'm sure I'll be back there again..... Please please please sort the showers out in...

Must start off by saying that fail to understand the problems that the previous reviewer had, especially the wifi, we stayed in Stable Block and had excellent wifi, also found the staff extremely friendly and helpful. We asked for a ground floor room and got it, ok so parking is a bit limited in Stable Block area, but not a...

Awful experience, after moving room due to poor wifi I went to the restaurant for a drink and food, despite being told earlier I could charge things to my room it took 15 minutes to order food due to the computer saying I couldn't charge, checked with reception next morning and was told it was an error which was sorted,...

We booked through Wowcher at an excellent price. When we drove up the long drive to the hotel passing the waterfall and all the nature WOW what a place. The look of the hotel is very impressive from the outside and also the fireplace in the reception is amazing. Our check-in was from 2pm and I asked if there was...

Beautiful picturesque place to stay. Deffo worth a visit. Negatives would be the fact the leisure facilities are pretty grimy and need updating. Sauna and steam rooms are seperate so we couldnt enjoy the full experience. All the lockers that were free had broken locks so I couldnt secure my things. Wasnt keen on the breakfast either - we wanted...

Having suffered a devastating fire in 2007, the Grade 1 listed Stoke Rochford Hotel certainly has risen from the ashes like a Phoenix. There for just a two-night bed and breakfast stay in the Stable Courtyard block, and after reading a few not-very-promising reviews, we were very pleasantly relieved to find that the hotel is a warm, friendly, elegant place...

Stunning building and grounds. This hotel has real potential if the owners do the job right. The hotel needs a revamp and would advise having the staff in some sort of uniform. The entrance hall has a magnificent Fire pkace, and there are so many beautiful architectural features. The reception area as a lot of areas needs a refurb. Our...
