Good Points: They were flexible on my reservation changes with less than 24 hours notice. Beach front location. Our room is nice & clean with a big patio over looking the ocean. They also allow late checkout till 8 pm since our flight is at 11:59 pm. Bad Points: Front desk staffs can't speak English. One lady can communicate broken...

This hotel could actually be a 5 star resort. Beautiful surroundings, 5 feet from a roaring beach and a wonderful pool. Big rooms with all amenities. BUT - it is really suffering from bad management. The restaurant - that acually serves good food - is full of flies. Every part of the hotel seems to be worn and needs repair....

2 night stay. Thought we were getting a standard room, but maybe all rooms are like this?We had a separate bedroom, living room, 1.5 baths, nice size deck overlooking ocean. Great views from just about everywhere. Pool was huge. However. Only one restaurant and quite pricey. Breakfast buffet overpriced. Better off with ordering from menu.

To be fair the location of this place is beautiful. That's where the good news ends. First of all, MANY of their staff speak NO ENGLISH. (Yes I understand that this is FRENCH Polynesia but this is a resort with 100% international guests) I did not have this problem in France! I spoke with many other guests from USA, Canada,...

We stayed at this resort for three nights and took advantage of many of the activities offered. For example, the arranged small bus tour around the island was outstanding. The infinity swimming pool was warm and inviting. The spa experience (individually booked) under the stars was delightful. We looked forward to the breakfast buffet which had an array of offerings...

Spent two nights at Tahiti Pearl Beach Resort in January 2017. We were told that it was a Radisson property that was built in 2000 and was sold to the new owners in 2016. The resort needs a lot of TLC. We were fortunate to get a suite. The suite was large and clean. They have a good breakfast...

We stayed here overnight before flying to Bora Bora. Didn't get to see much of the hotel, it seemed well presented though. Room was beachfront, which was nice in the morning, but the sound of crashing waves overnight was disruptive. Breakfast at the hotel was not of a great standard. The hotel is a very long way from the airport,...

Mixed experience. Rooms were clean - had to be moved due to a broken toilet & were upgraded to a very spacious suite. Manager went above & beyond to be helpful & accommodating. Common spaces worn & dated. Pool bathrooms were very poorly maintained. Restaurant & bar areas seemed understaffed. They didn't care when things had run out. Pool towels...
