We received a warm and attentive welcome and good advices from our hostess. We had a spacious double room, full renovated and very clean. A common kitchens available. Several trails are provided to walk to Salmon river, but we didn't have time to use them. A fire pit and Adirondacks are in self-service. The breakfast is homemade. Thank you for these two days, we will come back to finish the discovery of Prince Edward County.

We arrived an hour earlier and there was no one around. There was no area labeled office. I went to a door marked private that was unlocked which I opened. I startled a lady whom said no one would be there for an hour. Outside there was garbage piled and not very attractive. The place needed some work done. We decided to loose a night and book into a popular name hotel and loose a night. I would not recommend this pla e to anyone

After several months planning the birthday celebration of one of our girlfriends , finally the long-awaited day arrived June 24 and 25; We arrived at the only Motel / Hotel available in the Shannonville region. When we made the reservation the price per night was $170.00 and we gave a deposit of $100.00. When we arrived the owner of the motel asked us to pay in advance, she told us that it was $270.00 per night and when we showed her the price per night on the motel ‘s website it said $250.00 per night. It was the most unpleasant experience because it was not just the price discrepancy but, the carelessness of the place. You can see in months they haven't mowed the lawn, much less cleaned the surroundings and the bedrooms, not to mention, there was no refrigerator, less TV, the beds and pillows seemed to be picked up from the garbage; and when we asked the owner if we could use the canoe she told us that we had to pay extra. We felt cheated in that lousy place at a ridiculous price of $250.00 per night, not even in one of the best hotels in downtown Toronto have we paid it.
We knew was a Motel we weren’t expecting Fairmont Royal York however a nice decent place . Do a favor to you and don’t ever go to that place I don't even give it one star . In top everything she wanted to call the police on us because we told her we were not staying. who knows in what year they took the photos that are on that website. The rooms look like they are full of bed bugs in top everything . I wanted to take some pictures from outside but she did allow us 🤢 😡🤮🤢
