Apartments are very well equipped and very comfortable with everything you need for two week holiday. As everyone knows the apartments are situated at the very top of a rather steep hill and this will be a problem for people with mobility problems, Aldi and Lidl very close by but for fresh Meat,Poultry,Fish and Vegetables don't miss the market just three...

We stayed here for a girls break for a friend's birthday. The apartment was wonderful- I emailed before arriving to let them know it was a special occasion so not sure if we were upgraded or they're all this wonderful! Some reception staff were a bit disinterested but Joao was lovely, really helpful and friendly. There are 97 steps into...

Very nice place however the wifi in public areas advertised is shockingly poor. We asked several times why it didn't work and was advised too many people were using it but i have photos showing there was nobody else in these areas at the time! There is an alternate 30 euro per week that you can always find, funny hey!...

Our holiday was a great success. We enjoyed beautiful sunshine every day. The hotel more than satisfied our needs. Our apartment was very spacious with many facilities which we didn't really need but it was nice to be able to relax in the large lounge and dining area with the kitchen unit. The balcony space was as large as our...

The reception and restaurant staff were by far the rudest I ever had the displeasure of meeting. Being told by a man at reception I better not get henna on the bed sheets as they're sick of tourists doing that (I'd only gone to buy a wifi card) we booked with Jet2holidays and loved the photos turned out that was...

Booked 4 weeks before flying and never having been to Portugal didn't know what to expect. The apart hotel is made up of 5 separate buildings. We stayed in the main building and could only get a twin room. Checking in was very quick and easy, there is a basic complimentary in house spa (massages are to pay for) but...

This apartment ticked all the boxes. It was ideally placed for the old town which was fantastic. There were plenty of restaurants, bars and shops. The apartments are quite old fashioned and it might have been a nice touch to have a welcome pack with basics like washing up liquid, a cloth, milk etc. But there were plenty of places...

We stayed at this hotel for 10 days in October had a grate time. Except for the beds they was rock hard and so uncomfortable but other than that the room was clean and lots of space. Grate location for the old town. Fillipa (not sure I spelt it right) worked on the bar on the evenings was lovely she...

What is good about the hotel is that it is on a large complex with around 4 outdoor pools and an indoor pool and gymnasium. However there is very little in the way of entertainment for an evening or if the weather is bad. There is not even a stage or concert room which is surprising for this size of...
