    Annual golf trip
    Just returned from the Almar hotel after a wonderful week with our golfing party. I must firstly say the staff and location of the Almar are fantastic with stunning views of the old town and Atlantic. The staff are friendly helpful and we had a great time around the pool and bar with Maria. The hotel is clean and the rooms are huge we stopped in a front sea view apartment. The hotel does show areas which need abit of a refurb but for the money we paid and the amenities available it’s a good value place to stay and wouldn’t hesitate to return. Thankyou to all the staff at the Almar for making our stay very enjoyable …

    Had a fantastic stay at this hotel. Amazing view, very clean well equipped apartment. All staff were very friendly & helpful. Any queries were dealt with immediately. We never had a problem getting a sunbed , Will be returning next year.

    Really nice Hotel with amazing views. Staff nice,friendly and helpful. Living and eating areas nicely decorated and furnished, However let down by the bathroom, sink had a crack right though it and a lot of tiles cracked. By 09:30 in the morning the 25 sunbeds had 25 towels on them but only 4 people? really need to put a stop to that it annoys people and is basically selfish.…

    Great spacious clean rooms. advised at time of booking that we were celebrating a special occasion and when we arrived to our room there was a bottle of bubbly on the table and a little card from the management team , such a lovely touch. Disappointed to be informed on check in that a €100 cash deposit was required from each person , the receptionist told us that we were informed in advance by email about the cash deposit required but when we checked our emails there wasn't any email.…

    Just back from 4 great nights in albuferia and loved it these apartments where brilliant very big and very comfortable and very close to beach and old town which is tops at night would defo recommend and would defo go back thank you hotel Almar.

    Is it a steep hill to get back to hotel from old town
    Hi , I'm looking at a 'room only' deal for 3 adults and I'm wondering is this for a studio or apartment?
    Thinking of coming with my husband and two kids 12-15 yrs . Are the sofa beds big enough? Are there fans in the room ? Are there any extra charges ? I know the area just not the hotel x
    Hello, The mattresses in the living room are proper sleeping mattresses. So they are big enough. There is one portable fan in the apartment. The only extra charge is the safe inside the apartment. Kind regards, Sofia Mota Marques
