This is the second time me and my husband stayed at Cerro Malpique Hotel complex 2. The room we were allocated was very spacious but the view was disappointing. When we went to the reception the manager Daniel was very helpful and understanding and sorted out another apartment for us which was great. We'd stayed in this apartment last year....

I stayed at Cerro Malpique for 6 nights with my wife. The location is perfect, less then 10 minutes walk from the old town and maximum 15 minutes from the beach. You have all the amenities in the apartement you need. The rooms are big and you have a nice balcony as well. One of the receptionist was exceptional, her...

We had a lovely holiday in Albufeira and a good stay at Cerro Malpique Hotel at the end of September. We booked 1-bedroom apartment and it had everything you need. It's a bit dated but still good(couple of scratches on the table and not flat screen TV didn't ruin our holiday :-) ) . *Good things* Very spacious apartment. The...

Just back from a weeks stay in Cerro Malpique 2. After the shock of lugging my suitcase down a very steep set of stairs, an equally steep slope and back up to the apartment, I (and my fellow travellers) was delighted with a very spacious well equipped apartment. There was 3 of us share and there was more than enough...

RECEPTION Reception serves both Malpique 1 & 2 apartments. Polite & helpful, service with a smile, speak good english. You take your own luggage to your room, a long journey if you are in Malpique 2! Lifts are available. THE ROOM (Malpique 1) The bedroom was fairly spacious with two single beds pushed together, settee, dining table and 4 chairs....

Just returned from a fab 4 night trip staying in Cerro Malpique Aparthotel. The apartment was a one bedroomed apt and was quiet large, very clean and equipped with all you could need for your stay. 10 mins walk from the old town which was exactly what we wanted. The staff were very friendly and helpful and check-in was a...

I have just returned from 2 weeks in the Cerro Malpique, the hotel itself overlooks the whole city of Albefira it is situated high up in the old town although the new town and strip are well within walking distance. I found the staff very friendly, the place was clean and tidy, we received new towels every other day. My...

This hotel is rightly criticised for being on top of a hill. If your old or disabled then you should research this but these are large apartments kept very clean regular housekeeping and a pool and loungers a plenty. Your are only 5 mins away from an aldi/lidl and the old town too is only a short walk. The staff...

We got back a few weeks ago and if you pick a studio room you will not have air conditioning. We did not know this till we checked it! When we got into our room we used the bathroom and when we flushed the toilet the bottom of the toilet was leaking. It kept leaking and leaking. We called front...

Having done a fair amount of research before we booked this apartment we were somewhat apprehensive regarding some of the reviews mentioning large group of male party's this was totally the opposite as the week we spent here I would say the majority of people staying were family's. We arrived at 21.40 on the 20th august 2014. We were located...
