    Great place for family
    All round very good especially for family The location, rooms, and services are all very good and would be happy to recommend to anyone wishing to visit this part of the country. Great for a five night stay in the room or apartment.

    POOR SPA TREATMENT
    Recently returned from a trip to this hotel. Have to say the weather was beautiful. The hotel is well out from the new town and even further from the old town. The apartments were disappointing unclean and drafty. The air conditioning was difficult to get right. Shower over…

    Why do you not allow dogs in your beachside restaurant, yet you allow people (eg men wearing only short pants) in wearing very little in the way of clothes ? Is this not double standards ?
    Is there a free shuttle bus from the airport as it states it in the list of amenities? are pool towels provided? traveling to you in 4 weeks. Many thanks
    Dear Guest, Thank you for your questions. Our free shuttle only connects the hotel to Fishermen beach, the old town and the Strip. However to and from the airport you need to book a taxi or a private transfer. We advise you to contact our reception desk (+351) 289 598 000, and they will be happy to inform you about the prices and book the transportation for you. We provide towels for the pool. Upon check in you will get cards and you can exchange them for towels. We look forward to welcoming you to our Hotel. Kind Regards.

    Hi can you book babysitting services at this hotel? If yes, what is the price? We will be staying end of May/early June over the half term break with our 1 and 8 year olds and wonder if it will be possible to go out without them occasionally in the evening during the weeks stay.

    Are there suites with AI options? And is there a heated pool where my 3 year old can play in April? Thank you
    Dear Guest, Thank you for your questions. Our Guests can go on a full board basis but not in all inclusive. We have one heated swimming pool right in front of the main hotel building. We advise you to check our official website.     Are there restaurants on the resort? We are coming there in April with 3 kids and just to be sure there’s nice places to eat.
