Pestana Palm Gardens has a fresh new look, having been completely repainted in traditional white and blue colours. A nice development with comfortable apartments and townhouses spread out in well kept gardens, located above Vale Centeanes beach with fantastic views of the Atlantic. Facilities on the resort such as Wi-fi, tennis, gym, and sauna are free of charge. The village of Carvoeiro is approximately at 1.8 km from the resort and it has preserved its charm and character. There are many beautiful sandy beaches close by where you can spend a tranquil time with your family. In summer, the whole town comes to life with a variety of cultural, musical and gastronomical events. The complex also offers guests staying at Pestana Palm Gardens the benefits and discounts at the Pestana golf courses which include a Clubhouse and golf academy.

Fantastic Place

Pestana Palm Gardens is a quiet, relaxing, friendly, clean, with helpful informative staff. Our cleaner Tania was brilliant, everything was spotless, all paintwork had been refreshed. All of the staff at the Pestana Palm Gardens are excellent, very nice place to have a holiday.

What is it like here in December? How is the weather,is it busy? How far is it from Lisbon?

Train to Lisbon is 2 hour or you can drive in 2.30. fairly quiet in the resort in December as is Carvioero, but plenty to do and see. Weather temperate, mixed. I visited in January and it was sunny.

hi is this a true representation of the apartment complex plz as its very different to the other reveiws. do you have any photo evidence of the issues as i am looking to book this complex for may next year and your reveiew has made me think twice

Hello: I just reread my review and I wouldn't change a thing! If you're planning to vacation at Pestana Palm Gardens with your family the small bathroom may not be an issue. We were 2 couples on a time share. I don't know if that makes a difference. We also had a tough time with the stove, but that wouldn't keep me from revisiting this beautiful, peaceful place. The staff are the best! Give it a try!

Hi! We're considering staying at your resort with 3 children. Are there activities for them or nearby? It certainly looks like a beautiful place with many amenities, beautiful gardens, and close proximity to the ocean. Thanks for your help! Rebecca

It us quite beautiful! There is a gorgeous pool (and restaurant) at the resort, a zoo nearby, beautiful beaches and there are boat tours to all the caves along the coast. There were 3 young girls there when we stayed. I believe they took advantage of all those activities and sure were having a good time! If you contact the front office they can give you additional info. Have fun!

Do the resort suites have a balcony with furniture? I can see that the studios do but it just says that the suites are 1st floor no mention of a balcony?

Good Morning, Please note that the Resort Suites are located on the 1st Floor and do not have a balcony which can be used as outdoor space.
