In terms of a hostel, it is the best one I have ever stayed in. The rooms were clean and comfortable and there was a TV!! Not to mention the price was super cheap, i think it was 10 euro a night. The bathrooms were clean and the staff was delightful. It isn't luxury but it is adequate.

The Low Cost Inn in Faro was a NIGHTMARE. It felt like I was staying in a prison cell! No windows. Loud. Filthy. Questionably clean sheets. Dirty bathroom. Horrible. You get what you pay for, indeed...and I like many others was on a strict budget. But you don't suffer. For 10 or 15 more Euros than the Low Cost Inn,...

I was going to go away from the hotel the minute I got to the neighbourhood even though I prepaid four nights. The first room I got was full of constant noise of people coming in and out and the light from the hall and the street. Breakfast is same hard old bread every day and some mix of Orangino...

I was attracted to this hotel becasue of its city centre location. I book a room with private bath but at check in time was relocated to a 3-bedroom flat where 12 people were sharing one bathroom. The flat was 30 minutes away from city centre.
