A bit outside the very centre and without own parking spots, we had to pay a parking at the end of the road. The staff is nice, the room and kitchen was quite new, AC worked fine, the area was quiet. The rooftop terrace is definitely a plus to eat an early breakfast, but I am sure at night too! I can recommend it if you have a car to move around. The staff allowed us to leave luggage for a couple of hours at reception after checkout, which helped.
The welcoming of the staff was warm and we received a detailed explanation about the hotel, the facilities and our room. Our suite was very spacious, clean and beautifully and modernly decorated. Nice lighting, furniture and a fantastic bed! Unfortunately my daughter was ill on arrival. The staff was very helpful, brought us food, ordered taxis and helped me with everything. That is so valuable at these kind of moments and that distinguishes good accommodations from worse ones. The location is super. The hotel is housed in a beautiful building - with Portuguese tiles - within walking distance of many sights in the historic center. Next to the hotel they run a restaurant, which looked fantastic and where you can eat really well and culinary. In the hotel there is a general area where you can get coffee, tea and juices and where you can even cook something yourself if you wish. On the roof terrace you will find a bar and terrace. Unfortunately at this time of thge year (february) it was not opened yet, but it must be a very nice place to relax. I recommend this hotel to everyone and will definitely come back!…
Just returned from the hotel amazing hotel the staff was great and friendly we will definitely stay here again when we return The location is perfect 8 minutes walk to the downtown everything nearby great location!
Stayed for 5 nights in a double room. Firstly the staff are very professional and polite, I don’t remember the ladies name when checking in but she was amazing, made check in very easy for me and would always make an effort to have a chat and advise me of where to visit and eat locally. My room was clean and tidy but very compact, there was not much room to move around. Bathroom was again very clean and tidy with a shower. Bed was comfortable, room had a small balcony. The hotel is located a short walk from old town, many places to eat and drink close by. Hotel is about €15 taxi ride from airport. I would stay here again for sure.
Stayed here for a week and it was perfect - great location as not far from Old Town and handy for jumping on the train at Bom Jao for visits to Tavira and Olhão and the ferry to the islands. Beautiful outside and in with comfy beds. We had an en-suite and balcony. Not noisy - quiet location. Used the kitchen a lot to prepare lunches to take with us. Great choice of supermarkets and markets nearby. Great restaurants nearby. All in all a marvellous hotel and we’d definitely return and highly recommend.
