Hi there is no beach in Faro only a marina which is about 15 to 20 minute walk. if you want to get too the nearest beach you will have to go to the bus terminal to get bus to nearest beach called faro beach. You can also get a boat to the desert island for 10 euro day return boat sets of at 10.00am . beach is fantastic and beautiful. make sure you take plenty if water and food with you as restaurant is quite expensive.
