My girlfriends and I stayed here for 3 nights while visiting the Algarve region. The place is absolutely gorgeous just as pictured. Picturesque pool. Luxe Aesop products. And so private as there are only a handful of rooms that you feel like you have the whole place to yourself. We stayed in Qassim (2 bedrooms) which was perfect for 5...

We stayed here just one night and whilst the place itself is beautiful and very well looked after, it is not without its flaws. First and foremost, we specifically chose the place due to its website offering a hotel and restaurant. Only upon completing the booking and asking for a table in the restaurant on the Friday night was I...

I spent 3 nights at this amazing boutique hotel. I went with my 1.5yo daughter and a friend. The hotel is just beautiful. Breakfast is so fresh and delicious (it only starts at 9 which is a little late especially for kids but it's so good that it's worth the wait!). We also ordered a massage to our room and...

Fabulous place for a couple of days. Beautifully designed house, great attention to detail, lovely manicured gardens and relaxing pool, with excellent breakfast. Only small issue is a personal one. Lagos wasn't really for us as it was teeming and very touristy, so you do need to be prepared to drive out to the amazing beaches and further if you...

We chose to stay at Casa Arte largely because of the glowing reviews. While the hotel is nicely situated, breakfast is wonderful, the grounds are beautiful, and the owner is very nice, there are two things to note. First, you will not feel as if you're in Portugal -- the place caters to foreign tourists -- English or Dutch are...

Casa Arte is an hidden treasure in the Algarve. A peaceful and quiet location that is centrally located to visit the spectacular coastline. We spent a good part of the day photographing Ponta de Piedade. It was hard to leave the beautifully landscaped grounds and swimming pool. The large room was immaculately clean, had a very comfortable bed, and spa...

We are just home from a wonderful week at Casa Arte. The room was beautiful with lovely touches-fresh flowers, Aesop products, a nespresso machine, fully stocked mini bar, amazing shower, big robes and a terrace with fab views- all felt very luxurious! The breakfasts were amazing! Table serving and the delicious food does not stop coming, we didn't have lunch...

Excellent boutique hotel with a fabulous full breakfast included. Meditterean architecture on the exterior and modern comfortable rooms in the interior. The countryside setting is very picturesque and adds to the experience. There is also a pool and patio to enjoy just outside the main dining area. Dinner is available on certain nights and well worth staying in and enjoying...

a little hard to find, but so worth it when you do. Very large modern concrete rooms, fireplace, smart TV, open shower in the bath, beautiful arches and arched windows. The grounds and pool were lovely, we only wish we could have stayed longer. Breakfast was served, coffee, tea, lattes, eggs, cheese, breads and fruits.

We booked this property based on previous Trip Advisor reviews. We were not disappointed. The house was designed by its architect owner prior to becoming Casa Arte when purchased by Sara and her ex husband who still does some cooking here. It is a beautiful villa, perched in the hills above Lagos. My GPS did not work to find it...
