I stayed in this property right after the Azores opened up to international tourism. The location was great, central to Ponta Delgada and easily within walking distance of the city center. Not a five-star property but beyond worth what I paid. The look of the room made me slightly apprehensive at first, as the walls and bathroom were showing signs of age, but the room was kept very clean and the staff incredibly friendly. A continental breakfast was included in my stay and was very filling and delicious. Great stay, great location - would recommend to anyone looking for an inexpensive spot to stay during their trip.

Great location, reception looks great, but the rooms are very small with a very small bathroom. The room was clean. The beds were good (twins), and the furniture must have been updated recently, but sadly the bathroom is in need of a renovation too as there were old mold stains on the tiles. Breakfast is quite good but again in a tiny room.

muito caro tendo em conta o serviço prestado. O quarto era minusculo e o chão estava em mau estado, a descolar. A casa de banho também era pequena, ao ponto de a toalha do lavatório quase que tocava na tampa da sanita. a limpeza da casa de banho que supostamente era diária, deixava muito a desejar e havia sempre cabelos nas paredes da banheira e restos de sujidade no lavatório. em relação ao pequeno almoço, houve sempre falhas: no primeiro dia colocaram melao cortado podre; no segundo encontrei um cabelo no queijo e havia um bolo meio cru servido às fatias. em relação ao pessoal da receção, eram todos muito pouco comunicativos e apáticos. outro aspeto desagradável tinha a ver com algumas discussoes que se ouvia entre a funcionaria da cozinha e alguem que suponho que fosse a responsável. nao recomendo de todo tendo em conta o preço.…

at first it was pretty hard to find the Hotel as the Location on goolge maps does not quite match and the sign outside the Hotel did not match yet either. the staff and the Location where excellent for our start to tour the Island the rooms were pretty big and the breakfast was perfect as well usually there should be parking spaces avilable outside on the street
