Good Lunch choice, professional staff, in a central location. We dropped in for a drink at Lunchtime to hide from the sun. Returned couple of days later to hide from the rain! We ate Lunch and the quality of that which was offered and served was excellent. Did not stay in this hotel, however they seemed well organised and efficient.…
Stayed 7 nights in September. The hotel is very well placed on the sea front. We had a room on the 3rd floor with a balcony and sea view. Our balcony had partitions on each side to give privacy from the apartments on either side. I am not sure if it is the case but it looked as though the 2nd floor balconies were open so if this would not suit book a 3rd floor room. The room was spacious and spotless. The en-suite shower room again was very clean but the grouting in the shower is probably needing redone in the near future. The staff cleaned our room each day, even when we forgot to put the please clean sign up. When we booked we didn't realise that breakfast was included and it is excellent. Anybody not happy with what was provided would probably not be happy anywhere. There was a huge choice of cereals, full hot buffet, cold meats, fruit, cheese, yogurt, Danish pastries, croissants, fruit purees and cakes as well as fruit juices and tea/coffee machines. Breakfast was served till 10 so you could have a reasonably long lie if desired. The location is perfect for long walks along the promenade 4 km one way which is a perfect distance to walk and come back and enjoy lunch, drinks etc on the way back at the many restaurants and cafes. There is a lovely rooftop terrace with pool. We had the pool to ourselves on the afternoon we went up and the drinks and snacks were reasonably priced. There were plenty of loungers and parasols as well as cushioned seating and tables. The area around the hotel is choc full of restaurants and bars and yet is lovely and quiet at night. Our only slight inconvenience was that check in was supposed to be at 2 and we arrived around 1.30 and couldn't get into our room till approx. 2.30 not really a big deal as there is a very comfortable lounge area to wait in but when you have travelled all the way from the North of Scotland you just want to get in and settled. Didn't use the bar at all as there is so much choice outside the hotel.…
This hotel is in a perfect location and absolutely perfect for us. Surounded by bars and restaurants. Stunning beach. Lovely walks. The roof top bar terrace is amazing. Will Definitely come back. Staff are efficient and rooms cleaned daily.
Firstly I want to say we enjoyed our stay. Cascais is lovely with plenty going on and loads of restaurants. Great location. Decent breakfast. We had a town view rather than sea view but you can always go to to the terraces for that. Good sized room. Some niggles though - beds were hard and pillows not great quality. Bedside lights didn't work independently so either both on or off. Nowhere to store your own toiletries in the bathroom. We were on the top floor so disturbed by loud music from roof terrace on 2 of the 3 nights. Woken up early by furniture being dragged around above presumably during cleaning. The receptionist at checkout didn't even look at me never mind smile.…

"I would assume the front balcony rooms are more expensive but the view is awesome!!"Read full review
