Third floor basic room with great sea view from the balcony. Conversation on adjacent balcony clearly audible in room (with door closed). Refurbished bathroom with hair/body product dispenser. Good buffet breakfast for 3star hotel. Asked staff when items ran out and these were replenished. We found the hotel reception staff efficient, helpful and informative. Good value off-season stay.

I've stayed at the Baia hotel 3 times so far. Each time the stay got worse. Why did I still return though? Because the Baia hotel is wonderfully located overlooking the port of Cascais and the beach at once. Everything is in walking distance and the price is very affordable. The rooftop pool and bar is probably the best part...

Hello Deborah, thank you for your feed back. I am disappointed you had a bad experience with a member of staff and would like to learn more about this so I can follow up on this. We do not tolerate rudeness from our staff and they should be severely reprimanded should this be true. Obviously something upset you so I...

We just returned from a 2 night stay and could not be more pleased. Our seaview room was on the third floor with a private balcony. The room had been renovated, the bathroom was large and bright with a double shower. We had twin beds pushed together. I found the mattress to be quite hard our first night so I...

This is a large hotel right on one of the bays in Cascais. My room was on the first floor; with a balcony but with absolutely zero view. That was okay (because I was being paid as a conference speaker and the seaview rooms are more expensive). The air conditioning, which I only ran at night, when I was sleeping...

I stayed 3 nights in October in hotel Baia. The location of the hotel is beautiful, just before the sea . You have many rooms with sea view. My room had not, but that did not bother me. I had a small single room on the side of the hotel. Problem was that just outside my room was an Irish...

Great location with lovely views. Very clean. Breakfast was fresh and had a nice selection, we brought our own teabags. Very helpful and efficient at reception. Lovely resturants nearby. Really enjoyed our stay.

Had one night stop at Hotel Baia in Cascais. Great location right off the beach, beautiful ocean view from the room, but a very small room, with hardly no room to get around the bed. Clean room and friendly staff.

This hotel as a great location almost on the beach with great views. It is also handy for the many restaurants .Although only rated 3star it was very clean and comfortable with a decent buffet breakfast and if I was in that part of the world I would certainly stop there again.

Great place to stay in Cascais town easy walking to restaurants and beaches. Stayed here with group of golfers and found the hotel ticked all the boxes. The rooms are fine ,stayed on Ist floor with a balcony to back which meant it was quiet and God sun in the evening. Breakfast was quite good buffet style but missed the...
