The manager wouldn’t let my wife (who is suffering from a bowel disease) use the toilet. Even after she explained this to him he refused. She also asked If she could pay for the toilet but he send her to a public toilet. Worst service...More

No it doesn’t. They will give you a wine cooler of ice from the bar if you ask. We bought wine in the supermarket and had it on the balcony, nicely chilled.

Not quite sure ! But aparently the superior rooms have a balcony with a graeat view, and come with a few extras amenities included like a dailly bottle of water in the room, and a couple of other itens which I don,t recall... More
