As noted elsewhere in the reviews, there are slight niggles to be found in terms of wear & tear but any issues found are more than outweighed by the friendly staff, comfortable rooms and overall cleanliness levels. Of course, money could be spent updating the bathrooms and the smaller sized rooms could do with more storage space - but overall...

My partner and I stayed at the Saboia for four nights, with a double room overlooking the pool costing £27/night w/o breakfast. The room was clean, comfortable and extremely well priced. There was no kettle or brew making facilities, but the room was equipped with a fridge, TV and basic hairdryer. Irons were available on request from reception. Outside there...

Lovely hotel, nice sized, comfortable rooms. King sized bed and a sea view with balcony. Nice variety for breakfast, but very sweet, not much savoury. Fantastic base for exploring Lisbon, 40 mins ish to the city, train 5 min walk, easy to get to/from airport by train too. Helpful hotel staff, happy to advise on travel, local amenities, and restaurants....

Very friendly staff throughout the hotel, particularly the front desk. They were very happy to accommodate English-speaking guests. The room (305) was modern, bathroom partly modern (bath and surrounding tiles somewhat dated). There was an issue with the toilet as water kept running a little bit but, although someone immediately looked at it when I mentioned the problem, it was...

Unbeatable location, midway between Estoril and Cascais, with easy access to the station for the beautiful 45 minute train ride to Lisbon. The rooms are comfortable and are spotlessly clean, as are the bathrooms; I can't remember when I last caught a cleaner moving the beds to sweep underneath them. The village bakery is in the building, with the best...

The hotel is certainly spot on for a 3 star! Rooms have recently been refurbished, but not to the highest standard in the world and have definitely cut a few corners with the upgrades. All that being said it is pleasant enough and if I wanted stay somewhere with easy links to cascais and Lisbon then this is so convenient....

On arrival we were greeted by a kind and welcoming staff. A complementary drink of port at reception was offered to us which we gladly accepted. Our room was on 5th floor no508 facing street over reception. The best rooms with a view are facing sea with a balcony. The room was clean and very modern. the bed was very...

Stayed one week here, had a nice room with a great sea-view on the 4th. floor. Room was smallish but was clean & serviced daily. Breakfast was very good with hot & cold options available ( the fresh fruit salad was excellent). Staff were all polite & attentive particularly Carla at breakfast & Diego on reception. Hotel is very well...

What you see is not what you get!! Common areas untidy, and not clean. Very outdated bedroom and bathroom ( it looks as if it needs a good scrub). Arrived back late at night .... Room not made up... Was told that they had problems with the linen... Not my problem... Booked out the next day...
