I was pleasantly surprised at the size of the apartment when I arrived, having a large lounge with sizeable kitchen and a large bedroon area both with terraces. The bathroom was a high quality wet room with the shower giving useful water pressure. I did not make use of the extensive facilities apart from the very well priced breakfast. In terms of location its on top of a hill with not much around but a 15 minute walk to Estoril beach so close enough to the centre but quite, very highly recommnded.

We spent two glorious weeks in this stunning Apartment/Hotel. To start with the staff throughout are incredible in every respect, it’s impossible to outline individual staff as they are all equally brilliant. Anna in the lounge is the core of the hotel loved by all and rightly so. We regret not getting to say goodbye to her. Maria at reception who looked after us from the start. All staff however are incredible, you won’t find better. The hotel household staff ensure that this is the cleanest hotel you will stay at. Yes, a little updating is required but we will take cleanliness and kindness over everything else. The rooms are massive with everything you could need. Around the corner there is a Spar shop that caters for everything but you should also visit the Columbo and Caiscais shopping Centers. Attached to the hotel is a separate coffee shop that does lovely confectionary/food, sadly one particular staff member wasn’t pleasant and would probably be better working in a different profession. We used Uber to get around, this was a brilliant App and service that is cheap and reliable- 5euros to the Cascais. The pictures don’t do the hotel justice. We would say that the location is possibly not for smaller children/young families or those with issues walking. (Swimming pool is deep) - indoor swimming pool is a bonus if the weather isn’t good but this only opens at certain times. The hotel is perfect for quiet couples- maybe older families who like the quiet. It’s a small hotel overall and situated like everything in Portugal on hills a good walk from Estoril and as said the paths are a challenge. Estoril has a lovely beach and a train station that can take you to Lisbon. Overall this is a 5 star hotel due to the staff and cleanliness alone. The location is close to a Spar and some restaurants/coffee shops. NOTES: English speaking TV Channels start at 62 and goes up to 120. WiFi is great and if you drink tea bring your own. Buy mugs as the cups are tiny and you can’t live without a proper mug of tea. We bought water to drink. There is a lovely BBQ type restaurant down the steps at the front of the hotel, then turn left and it’s up a bit on the right, it looks awful but don’t let that put you off it’s great. Also the hotel has a tennis court and opposite Spar there is a lovely restaurant we only tried once but it was lovely. To get to Spar turn left out of the hotel and left again follow the path all the way around and return the same way. Do download the Uber App and pay with PayPal also tips aren’t expected but they were all lovely people and deserve a few bob. Don’t be put off getting a taxi if required it’s roughly the same price. We will miss this hotel and it’s staff and hope we can go again. We hope also the owners know how lucky they are and invest in their staff as the deserve it.…

A very disappointing stay in this 4 star hotel We would rate it a 2! Clean is the good thing I can say The staff are rude and don’t give a damm The breakfast was dreadful with no atmosphere in the dining room. Ours was included but I would not have paid €7.50 for it. The swimming pool area looked good although small unfortunately there were only 25 sun beds available for all the guests. Obviously these had all been reserved with towels 🙄 The outside snack bar was shut (inJuly). I was informed that it was broken. We felt disappointed with this choice of hotel for our summer holiday and would not recommend it! It felt like they were cutting costs in every place possible.

Nice Get Away From Lisbon
Nice little get away from the busy Lisbon city center. Located in Estoril and Cascais the west of Portugal, it's only 45 minute hour train ride from Lisbon. This quite and quaint hotel/apartment is in the wealthier neighborhood of Portugal. The hotel is clean, rooms are large and the staff is friendly. Only a short walk to the beaches, markets, shops, restaurants and other attractions.

Really big apartments
A nice complex, functioning as hotel but with extremely spacious apartments. We were with the whole family. We had two 1-bedroom apartments, which had a large living area with kitchen alcove, big bathroom, big enough bedroom. Also had a studio apartment, which turned out to be duplex. Beds were comfy, though pillows too floppy; enough cupboard space. Public areas very nice too, they had an enormous playroom with toys, which our granddaughter loved. Pool area small, but adequate. Wifi very good everywhere. Breakfast buffet had no variations, but there was enough choice for everyone and always replenished timely. Staff friendly and helpful. When we complained about the sagging showerhead in one bathroom, they installed a complete new shower within the hour. Otherwise we had a great stay. Some nice restaurants within walking distance.…

yes, hotel will arrange taxis, If you are travelling from UK there is an excellent service called rideways which we use for airport transfers. Our return fare from Lisbon airport was 48 euros including tips and taxes. Lovely big black cars and we felt like royalty. Very reliable

can i just double check do the hotel provide towels? we are scheduled to arrive early june and booked a two bed apartment for 2 adults and 3 children? will there be towels provided for all the party? and are the changed daily? thanks in advance

Hi we are a family of 5 2 adults and 3 children. Ages 4 8 and 9 at time of travel in june 2018. Can you advise which room will be best for me to book. The youngest child co slps with me and my husband so will not require an extra bed. Will a suite be suitable??if not do u have interconnecting rooms and if so which ones that will accomodate us.
