Destination network hostels is probably the best choice you can make while being in Lisbon. Better breakfast however is served in Sunsat hostel;) Very pleasent and friendly service. Old city is nice choice for someone who do not prefere too busy places..

This hostel has a very beautiful decoration, the staff are really friendly and helpful, the rooms and toilets are clean and the location is great as well. They also organize a lot of activities and trips everyday, such as dinners, walking tours and pub crawls (even that some of them are too expensive and are not worth the price). In...

Alfama Patio Hostel looked like it had potential so I booked a shared room. Little did I know I was about to meet great people and have nothing but a pleasurable experience. It's very clean. There's a kitchen. They offer dinner for a reasonable price. They have tours and daily events. Not only that but you are allowed to visit...

Absolutely loved it. The place is set in the heart of the old town with the famous number 28 tram running straight past it. The dinners were fantastic and the tours were spot on. Special mention has to go out to Ze who was my guide for several of the tours but his passion and enthusiasm for the city and...

This was my first Hostel stay and it was beyond all my expectations, booked a private room and got one with an ocean view. I especially liked the dinners, full kitchen access and that you can go to any of the other Destination Hostels in Lisbon to either hang out or have dinner there.

Beautiful hostel with great views, staff was very attentive and friendly as well. There are activities such as a bbq, a pool party, and a pub crawl with the other two hostels which was a great way to meet people. Great stay!

Instantly after stepping inside you feel like home. Clean facilities, welcoming staff (special thanks to Ester and Joana), stunning view from the roof, cosy interior. Located in the old city, it's perfect for exploring less touristic Lisbon. Gives you the opportunity to meet up other people (pub-crawls, dinners and more activities for guests), but what's important, it's still possible to...

Very friendly staff who gave me a personal tour and made me feel welcome. The hostel's design was really cool and it's based in a great location. An excellent breakfast comes included. Not suitable if you don't like parties!

Hello, Thank you for taking time to review us. We are glad you had such a wonderful stay. Just to note that we are not a party hostel. Although we do like to have fun in the early evening, the common areas are always quiet after 11pm. We look forward to your next stay with us. Kind regards, The Destination...

Staying in Graca & Sao Vicente

Neighbourhood Profile
Graca & Sao Vicente
You can be thankful that most common travel guides don't mention Graça and São Vicente that often. Part of Lisbon's historic center and "Old Town", they feel like independent villages in the capital's center, and more untouched than Alfama. Amazing views, restaurants and parks, as well as important monuments like the S. Vicente Church and the National Pantheon, make this a spectacular option for those looking for a more tranquil walk-around in the center of Lisbon. Graça has been the choice of many younger people over the past years, both nationals and expats, given the cozy feeling of the neighborhood and its hidden secrets.
