We've had very enjoyable stay in the hotel - a comfortable room with all we needed and the best view in the city! Receptionists (especially Rita) were really helpful and giving some extra tips to make our stay even more enjoyable. The breakfast was a very good too although could have some more local specialities! Highly recommended!

Is a good hotel situated close at 3 metro stations, easy to go anywere. Rooms was clean and nice bath. The personal was very kind and breakfast was great. One single problem, the wi-fi does not work in the room. I solved this problem buying a SIM card with 3Gb for 12€.

Having seen some of the reviews after we spent whole weekend there I really dont understand why these little moaners dont stay at home. I believe these people come from the island where complaining is one of the main sports! Now, the hotel was great, its design amazing. Staff always helpful. We had breakfasts and food was good. Nothing to...

If you want to stay somewhere where staff hide in back offices, where bar service takes ages and ages and ages, and where the bar staff take orders but then serve their local friends first, then this is a wonderful hotel. If you have any concept of customer service at a bar, avoid this hotel

Room 307, my younger son got bug bed on his legs, is very nasty itching. I Hotel completely ignored the problem Check how to prevent bug beds when you travel. If one room have bed bags the rest bedrooms near the affect room will have. Ask always minimum 2 floors up. Put your luggage on the bathroom, they hate it....

When my connecting flight was cancelled, I was stuck in Lisbon for 2 nights. I took advantage of the free airport WiFi to find a great last-minute deal for the Turim Alameda Hotel: only 49.50 EUR per night (excluding city tax – without breakfast). The hotel is within walking distance of the Alameda metro station, which is on the airport...

I stayed in this hotel on a recent business trip. Its not in the centre of the city, but in a good local neighbourhood a mile or so north, right next to one of the city's universities. Its within 6-8 mins walk of 2 Metro underground stops (Alameda and Saldanha) which are both on the airport line (red/vermelho), and both...

They had road construction in front of the door. The rooms where very warm at night. When we complain they offert os an other room that was much smaller. They told us that the airconditioning doesn't work if it's to cold. But is was 20 degrees. So we didn't change room. We wanted to order pizza and the receptionist didn't...

We were at the Turim Alameda for 3 days. Where to start? First of all there are road constructions right in front of the hotel. Nothing the hotel can do about this but still... this means lots of noise starting early in the morning. We had a small room ar the front side. After taking a shower the whole bathroomfloor...

We really like the view and the room, we could sleep really well there. At the time, we stayed there the parking situation was really bad because of road renovation works going on. But the staff was really friendly and helpful
