A truly regrettable experience
Distrusting, rude and erratic, the hostel owner goes out of her way to make her guests feel like criminals. Incredibly strict rules, which are not explained upon arrival, are enforced by the staff, who seem to outnumber the guests, who hover...More

Small but nice hostel for exploring Lisbon in the center -very good place and very cosy -the park and "miradouro" is near it
Don't doubt choosing it if you want to stay in hostel (not hotel) - everything will be ok, I am sure
We had probably the most beautiful room of the hostal, ancient doors frame and old azulejos on the wall, clean and quiet.
The position of the hostel is strategic 50 mt from the Graca miradouro.
The staff were very pleasant and easy to deal with. Value for money was there for a private room in a hostel. The room was tidy and well kept. Everything worked and the wifi was reasonable. We really enjoyed our stay!
perfect location, friendly staff, clean and quiet place, good value for money, highly recommended.
decent breakfast (a bit late, from 9 to 11), free tea and coffee 24 hours! ability to cook your own meal during the day.

You can be thankful that most common travel guides don't mention Graça and São Vicente that often. Part of Lisbon's historic center and "Old Town", they feel like independent villages in the capital's center, and more untouched than Alfama. Amazing views, restaurants and parks, as well as important monuments like the S. Vicente Church and the National Pantheon, make this a spectacular option for those looking for a more
tranquil walk-around in the center of Lisbon. Graça has been the choice of many younger people over the past years, both nationals and expats, given the cozy feeling of the neighborhood and its hidden secrets.
