Found this hotel in Conde De Nast, and the Lumi didn’t disappoint! Their rooftop bar for breakfast or a nightcap was beyond beautiful and delicious. The staff was very friendly and accommodating! We would definitely return.
This is a spectacular boutique hotel, perfectly located in the Barrio Alta neighborhood. Service is outstanding, our check-in and check-out experience was great, and the Manager called during our visit to ask if there was anything they could do to improve our experience. Our room was a 1-bedroom suite and was perfectly sized and appointed. Everything in the mini-bar was complimentary! While in the noisy Barrio Alta neighborhood, the room was whisper quiet. There is a lovely coffee shop and Neapolitan Pizza restaurant on the ground floor. Room had a Nespresso coffee maker and full kitchenette. Lovely restaurant and with outdoor deck on the roof. Honestly one of the nicest hotel experiences we have ever had, and we have stayed in some great hotels!
Perfect service! We were at the hotel with a baby and they provided transfert with a proper seat, a baby cot, a bath tube for the baby, sponge and adapted soap to clean the baby bottles. At every moment the front desk is available and gives a lot of tips and information regarding where to eat, what to see and how to do that. Finally, the breakfast is awesome, diverse and the view from the 5th floor restaurant is amazing. Thank you for this experience! We will not go anywhere else next time we will be in Lisbon.
The food was amazing and Bruno was incredibly attentive Would definitely recommend! The views added even extra to this experience, if you are in Lisbon I would go to this restaurant, all round amazing wow
I recently stayed for a quick 3 night trip to Lisbon and had a wonderful time. Every person working at the hotel is warm, friendly and willing to help - it's so nice to encounter this in a hotel these days. My room was a studio and it was stylish and big! I loved having the kitchen even though I didn't really cook but I did warm up some delicious pizza I had from the downstairs pizza restaurant - so good. I love a good bathroom and while not huge, this one was lovely and had a good shower and the local products were appreciated. The location of the hotel is great for exploring - I did a lot of walking! Breakfast was upstairs in a beautiful room and everything was tasty and beautifully presented. I enjoyed my welcome drink up on the terrace one evening. I didn't get a chance to try out the spa or gym but maybe next time?…
I wasn't a guest of the hotel I only used the spa facilities - I had 2 massages. Both were wonderful and afterwards I felt like a new person. The staff were extremely friendly and simply lovely. I would definitely go there again if I return to Lisbon & I can recommend this experience to anyone else. The fact that you can use the facility even if you are not a hotel guest is great.
We recently stayed at the Lumiares Hotel for five nights. As a Hyatt Globalist member, they upgraded us to a wonderful suite with included breakfast. Everyone from reservations, front desk, restaurant and room cleaning was excellent. We loved the location that was central and walking distance to all the main attractions. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Lisbon! When we do visit soon next, we will definitely be staying here again!
The hotel is located in Barrio Alto, an area full of restaurants and bars. The hotel facilities are really excellent, including a top spa and a fantastic rooftop restaurant and bar. We stayed in a two-bedroom suite that was ideal for a family. The suite had a very practical kitchenette for enjoying a small snack/appetizer with the family in a comfortable space. Finally, the service at all times was really professional; they don't use the word "no", they all find a way to offer you a solution.
Top notch boutique hotel. Large rooms which make even a longer stay very comfortable. The location is perfect with plenty of restaurants, fantastic viewpoint overlooking the city next to the hotel and a very pleasant indoor and outdoor rooftop restaurants where to enjoy long breakfasts in the sun,
Lumiares was conveniently located very close to the best part of town! The oldest bookstore in the world (livraria bertrand) and a famous cafe (cafe a brasileira) were located within 10 minutes walking distance, as well as plenty of shops, restaurants, and souvenir stops! There was a delicious restaurant called Gandhi's Palace just across the street from the hotel which all the kids loved. We booked a suite for three people and were pleasantly surprised to find that the suite included not only two separate bedrooms but two separate bathrooms, as well as a dish washer and a stove. This was a luxury. Not only that but the hotel also provided a legion of free beverages for our stay at the hotel. There was a complimentary free taxi drive to and from the airport, with our reservation services, and the concierge answered all of our questions about best things to do in the area with graciousness. Lumiares was amazing and a great pick for a hotel's stay in Lisbon.…
