I cannot fully express my gratitude for the warm and welcoming reception to Corpo Santo Hotel and everything the entire staff has done to make my stay in Lisboa absolutely perfect. PS - the personal touches, the special surprises placed in the room, the nightly turn-down service, and the bath time experience (which is totally unique and amazing!) are all things that put this hotel ahead of the others. A few notable mentions, in addition to every staff member being so kind and professional: It all started with Pedro (guest ambassador) for taking my original inquiry phone call 7 weeks ago and working his magic to get me a room. Edgar (doorman) who so happily greeted me with a smile every day, helped me with my bags, and took care of parking my car. Eduardo (doorman) for being my technology angel and saving me from going insane. Diana (front desk) who so patiently took care of my many questions and needs. Hugo (food & beverage) who welcomed me each night at happy hour with a full description of the wine/port and appetizer. Christopher (food & beverage) who made sure I was fed and happy every morning at breakfast. Diana, Victoria, and Beatriz (guest services) who take guests on excellent and informative walking tours of Lisboa, as well as helping me plan my trip, secure reservations, and create itineraries for my days here. Excellent stay. Love the more intimate feel of the hotel. We enjoyed our room. Had a corner suite with two rooms since we were a family of 4. I was initially concerned since technically not connecting rooms but it ended up been fine. The service and food was perfect. They really treated us well and my kids absolutely love the hotel. Great location and walking distance to several attractions. Will definitely stay again.

Just landed in NY and missing Pedro and the incredibly warm, professional, kind, generous, caring staff if this special hotel. Everything from the room (fresh soft towels and sheets, free minibar and snacks, perfect lighting, great shower, comfortable beds; to the restaurant (amazing, delicious breakfast, respecting of all special requests, fresh Devine fruits and veggies, the best cakes ever; welcoming lobby with helpful staff and delicious snacks and drinks. Gorgeous gem in a perfect location. And then we met Pedro, who is the kindest, most generous person. He took care of us with so much sensitivity and compassion, just making sure that we feel safe and well taken care of, pampered and fed. Exceptional walking tour with Pedro (two free walking tours per day at this Hotel) What a great guy who imparted his vast knowledge of Lisbon in a friendly and easy manner. We asked lots of questions but nothing was to much trouble. Well done Pedro. Absolutely outstanding Hotel in a great location that offers so much, with quality service from all the staff. We have been coming to Lisbon every January since 2017 and every time, we stay in the Hotel Corpo Santo From the smile and greeting as you first walk through the door, to the lovely rooms, everything is perfect. The service is impeccable, the rooms are very comfortable with everything you need. The added treats each day and even the sound and light show in the shower, which took us a little by surprise the first time, just help to make this the perfect place to stay. The location is also very good as it is close to the main railway station and tram and bus stops. It is also within easy walking distance of lots of great bars and restaurants. This hotel has it all!! A good location, an incredible staff, a cosy and fun atmosphere and a pampering spa. I have never been to a hotel with such attention to detail and dedication to the guests’ wellbeing. Viktoria & Piédro took us out to tours, gave advice, helped in setting up bookings. They were very kind, attentive, generous and friendly. The hotel is well organised, the beds are amazing, the showers are great, the spa is wonderful and the therapists are very professional (Fernanda and others!)

Recently we spent a few days in Lisboa, and were so lucky to stay at Hotel Corpo Santo. It’s an amazing value for the price! Our room was very nice and comfortable for two people. Dinner at their restaurant, Porter’s, was delicious with a very attentive staff. They had complimentary services galore! Which included: Breakfast. Don’t skip it! It is fresh and tasty, with a charcuterie, cheese and fruit platter, a delicious bread basket with eggs made to order and done just right. Walking tour. Pedro gives a very nice tour in the neighborhood, highlighting some significant architecture and cultural history and he is funny! The Spa. A wonderful, an unexpected luxury. Also, the hotel offers a 20 minute massage and we paid for an additional 40 minutes. Excellent deep tissue massage by Ms Marcella and Ms Auletta(sp?) Bath amenities are luxurious and the mini bar in room is complimentary. As if all this weren’t enough, they offer house wine and snacks every evening in the lobby. Soft serve ice cream too! We were very pleased with the attention we received from doorman to front desk, concierge to room service and settled into a pleasant visit. But then. On day 2, my husband had a small medical emergency that required a trip to the local private hospital. We will ever be grateful for the quick and caring response from the front desk! Not only did they select an appropriate local private clinic, Manager Nuno Pereira ordered an Uber,(and refused payment from us) sent assistant manager Ling with us to assist in navigating a system - and language - foreign to us. The medical attention was very professional and prompt at CUF, but having Ling with us, took away any additional worry and stress during this episode. Then Paulo the bellman went and got the prescription from a nearby pharmacy We couldn’t say enough good things about the warm hospitality and genuine care and attention we received at this lovely hotel!…

We booked an impromptu 4 night visit to Lisbon in that bleak period in early January, joining our son and his family who were staying for a week in a small apartment near the centre. We found Hotel Corpo Santo on Tripadvisor and were drawn by the reviews of the friendly service and special touches and treats. The hotel more than lived up to our expectations. The location is excellent and central to all of Lisbon’s most iconic districts and sights. The rooms are comfortable in a building that’s right on the old city walls. The breakfast is excellent with a wide range of dishes freshly prepared and served to your table. The massage in the tiny spa is the best I have had in years. The little free touches are welcome including the snacks available all day round and the 24 hour emergency ice cream machine. But it’s the team who feel more like a family who make this place special. A special shout out for Pedro the Guest Ambassador but the warmth of the welcome was consistent from reception to the restaurant and masseuses. Even our own young grandsons who dropped in to join us for breakfast on morning (and to sample the free ice cream) were made to feel like guests of the hotel. We arrived late in the evening as a result of flight delays and were immediately recommended a spot nearby where we could get a late night dinner while out baggage taken to our room. Over the 4 days all of Pedro’s recommendations for restaurant and entertainment were excellent. An ideal place to stay in Lisbon. We would go back in a heartbeat.…
