The whole package for our three night city break could not have been better. The minute we walked in the door we were greeted with a warmth by Janet who assured us that nothing would be too much trouble. We experienced the same level of courtesy from Shahin and Rodrigo. The extensive breakfast each morning set us up for the day. The location could not be better, a 2/3 minute walk to bus stops and metro stations. Several good restaurants within 200m.

The hotel was spotless and the staff were exceptionally friendly, great breakfast and good location to explore all parts of the city. The breakfast buffet was better than I have had in many other hotels and was constantly topped up. the first day I asked for gluten free options and although there were plenty of gluten free things, there was no bread, the next day that had been organised for me. The staff at the hotel, whether at reception or during breakfast, were always super friendly and helpful. Everything was spotlessly clean and we loved the wine theme of the different floors. The beds were big with fresh white linen and super comfortable, the shower was also good. I can imaginge that the little courtyard is the perfect spot in the warmer months. The hotel is small but really well thought out and our room was a good size. We had a little juliet balcony out to the street which was great. With the windows closed at night there was no noise from the street.

We stayed here for two nights in early November. The pricepoint of this hotel is comparative with similar ones in Lisbon. In all the room was of a nice size and had a lot of modern features. The translucent divider between the bathroom and bedroom is a feature that looks nice at first but rather impractical if you need to use the bathroom at night and do not wish to awaken your partner. Breakfast was nice but quality of pastries was very average and Nespresso coffee was served. I did not enjoy the smell of glade plugins in the breakfast area - did seem rather intrusive. They could have at least timed this so it wasn't pumping out perfume during peak breakfast period. Our room had a walk-in shower and there was a level of mould build up on the tiles and the water glasses in the fridge had a tideline on them.

This is a great hotel! It’s very small (3 rooms on our floor) and very friendly and you got to know the same staff over the course of the stay (my wine choice was always remembered!) The location was perfectly central and we really appreciated the hotel arranging for us to be picked up at the airport. The room was really spacious and well appointed, the temperature was perfect even when it was nudging 35°c outside. My only criticism of the whole place was the fact that there were no sockets near the bed and I had to charge my phone a bit of distance away. It’s a really busy street outside but the room was quiet with the windows closed. The ‘secret’ terrace was one of the best bits of the hotel - a really nice spot to grab a wine and some snacks and chill out, away from the hubbub outside.

Where do I start? What a fabulous hotel this is. Perfectly situated, lots of places to eat. Staff were brilliant , very helpful & attentive. Food & wine at the hotel was excellent. Indulge ourselves in a port tasting which was excellent as was the cheese board which accompanied the various ports. I would definitely stay here again.

Cute and lovely welcome! Visit this lovely hotel in Lisboa, it is a small, cosy place. They offered us a lovely welcome with a nice bottle of red wine in our room. The room was beautiful and very cosy with a view on the old town of Lisbon. A very nice selection for Breakfast , with the famous portuguese tart and other pastries. It was just enough to start your day. The hotel is well situated and walking distance from a lot of the shops. I highly recommend this place!!

Primely located just a stone's throw away from the main street, the hotel is conveniently located. Everything that a visitor would desire is within a comfortable walking distance. A plethora of restaurants, pharmacies and a wide array of shopping options - from quaint local shops to high-end boutiques. The hospitality and service offered by the staff is excellent. They are friendly and helpful. We ate at the hotel twice, everything we ordered was excellent. The steak and the burger, yummy. They have a nice happy hour we got some tasty fries and the ham and cheese toast. They also have a great selection of local wines. The room was comfortable and well equiped. Robes, slippers, coffee maker, mini fridge, cold water and plenty of towels. The room was quiet and cozy. We will be back.

A real gem of a hotel! From the moment we arrived we felt welcomed. Location is central and it’s really convenient for all the sites. The rooms were lovely and spotlessly clean. Breakfast was excellent. A good choice of pastries and great eggs and crispy bacon. I would absolutely stay there again!

Great experience at a very reasonable price. The breakfast and the service are very good, everything in Portas Santo Antau, right beside the main Liberdade Avenue - so the location is very nice. At night the street gets too busy but nothing bothers our sleep. Would recommend this Hotel to anyone that wants a nice offer for a good price. Congrats team!

Very average experience. Location was ok but a good 20 minutes walk from the historic centre. Check in process was unnecessarily complicated having to complete a long form in advance despite a (rude) member of staff being present on arrival. Very unclear that the 10 Euro wine card was not actually included and you would be charged. Our room on the 4th floor suffered from poor water pressure and ripped curtains. The room did not appear to have been properly cleaned. Overall the experience lacked the human touch with no staff to ask questions of.
