We stayed 4 nights at this hotel visiting Lisbon. We arrived in the night and we were quickly checkef in. Uncomplicated. Happy. The rooms were both clean. Good size. Bathrooms were modern. The only thing missing in the room is a kettle. They have a room service with drinks and food. We didnt try it. There is also next to...

I stayed here with my friend at the beginning of March. We travelled to the hotel via the tram from the airport, which a one way ticket cost €1.45 and a short walk. The area isn't amazing and from the outside we were slightly concerned but once greeted on reception and saw our clean, modern room, we were delighted. The...

We arrived around 9pm on a Friday night, there was a small queue at check in desk which was dealt with efficiently. During our stay we found all the staff to be very helpful. Our room was on the third floor, next to the lift which I thought would be a problem as I am a light sleeper and had...

I stayed here because I had an overnight layover and I was traveling alone. It is about 6 minutes from the airport via taxi. I had a room that was on the seventh floor and it had two twin beds. I like the decor of the room, it was modern. The room was a bit small but I was OK...

When I saw the photos on the internet. Ut looked amazing. Beautiful rooms and close to the town. Well... Firstly the reception area is really poor. Ver disorganized. I got there at 1:47pm and was told i had to wait untill 2pm ! The room was tiny and the only resemblance to the photos was the colour of the pillows....

Fab staff, good location, close to two metro stations so had no problem finding it, though from one station its a slightly steep walk so we used it every time we had to go out and used the other one while returning to the hotel. Rooms were nice, the one we had was a bit small but bath had a...

We stayed for a whole week and we enjoyed the experience. Exceptional breakfast at the terrace on the top floor. Quiet neighborhood and friendly staff. Would come again. The room we stayed at was small but really cozy and nice.

I think the hotel is a very good place because it is in a confortable position and because it is tidy enough and the persons who work here are polite and always available. If i will have to return in Lisboa i'm sure i return here If someone doesn't understand why 4 stars...

We stayed for 4 nights in October as part of an easyJet package. We looked at the reviews to help us decide and they were mainly positive with some negatives. I am pleased to say that our experience of staying there was totally positive. Reception is open 24 hours and all staff spoke excellent English. The buffet breakfast was great...
