we came with my husband spent the weekend in the city of lisbon for our wedding anniversary and also to celebrate his birthday, delicate attention from the hotel which, on our arrival received us well and offered champagne and a very good cake in the bedroom! the service was attentive to our requests, kind and very responsive. the hotel is great, the room super pleasant with a very good bed! We will return to this establishment very soon!

This Unique & Elegant Hotel is a Real Dream Palace. Beautiful Design & Accommodations. Very Kind & Helpful Staff. Excellent Dining options: Fine Dining Restaurant ( which was so Amazing) Very Complex Breakfast with huge varieties of dishes, Brunch, Afternoon Tea, Snacks options. The Hotel has outdoor Pool and indoor Heated pool, Sauna, Treatment options at the Spa. 100% recommend to visit this Hotel, if you like Unique, Elegant Hotels. Parking is available. 10/10 Stay

My friend and I stayed at this hotel for one night in August 2022 and the service we received from all members of staff was absolutely impeccable. The room was very beautifully designed and the bathroom was huge. The complimentary sweet treats were delicious and very much appreciated. The staff at breakfast were very polite, helpful and couldn't do enough to make sure that we had everything we wanted. The outdoor seating area for breakfast is such a serene place to sit and eat in the sun - unfortunately there are quite a few pigeons about which the staff did do their best to shoo away! Breakfast itself was A la Carte instead of the usual buffet breakfast which was a lovely change, plentiful and which we really enjoyed. The building itself has been wonderfully renovated and the entrance, grand staircase and library/chill area just off the main lobby are luxuriously and very tastefully decorated. Location is fantastic and very close to the main sites in downtown Lisbon. Overall this was an incredible stay in the heart of Lisbon which we thoroughly enjoyed and I would wholeheartedly recommend this hotel to anyone who wants a spot of luxury.…

A unique place, right in the heart of Lisbon. Full of history and with tremendous good taste! Everything os taken to detail, thiking about the unique experience they intend to provide to the customer. A special word for the front office manager Henrique Morujo, for his friendliness, skill and concern in knowing how to receive!

Having seen my passport the Hotel saw my birthday fell during our 4 day stay and sent a complimentary bottle of champagne and a cake to our room, which was a lovely surprise. All the staff were very helpful and friendly . As it was our first visit to Lisbon, the concierge booked some excellent restaurants for dinner and recomended which sites to visit. The breakfast menu was exceptional with a huge selection of dishes to choose from and with all hot food being cooked to order. Champagne and patisseries are on offer in reception all day. The location could not be better. Being keen walkers we found nearly every restaurant, art gallery, museum and historic site within walking distance. The "cosy room" was quite small but was fitted out with every modern convenience. All in all a proper 5 star experience.…

Good location and impressive building once inside. The room was good once you get there. Getting to the room involves using 2 elevators (or 2 flights of stairs) with a long corridor in between. Also, personally not thrilled with shower stall/sink counter being separated from toilet by the entry access way. Service was good although we were not told that the regular route of cutting through the bar was a short-cut not available before 7 AM. We found out the hard way when checking out early. We did not enjoy the food at the restaurant. Service was slow.

One Palacio is supposedly a 5 star expensive hotel. I usually don’t leave a review but I feel responsible to warn others when they stay in this hotel to check their bill to ensure they don’t get scammed. My room was ok, with a windows towards a construction site and therefore noisy during the day due to construction. When I asked the front desk if they can change my room, she said they are fully booked but when I checked online there were still rooms available. Anyways, I am easygoing and didn’t say anything. On the 2nd day of my stay, I decided to get a massage since it was raining hard and couldn’t go out. So I went to the spa at 3 pm and asked if there is any availability at that moment. The front desk guy told me there is no availability till 6pm and asked me if I want to take that. I said no since I had to go to dinner with my wife and friends at 7pm. He asked for my room number and said if I changed my mind I can let them know. Anyways, at the checkout date, I found out that I was charged 100 Euros because I didn’t show up for massage!! I explained to them that’s not the case . But he called the manager and after he didn’t get convinced, they brought the spa front desk guy who looked at my face and straight lied that I booked a massage for 5 pm. I asked for confirmation but of course there was none. So They accepted to remove the charge. Just please be careful and check your bills…

We held our wedding reception at the One Palácio da Anunciada in July and it was the best choice we could have made. Everything from the service to the flowers and the food were simply amazing, and made our wedding an unforgettable day. The staff was incredibly nice and made sure our day went smoothly. The space is stunning and the atmosphere very friendly, inviting and happy.

Beautiful hotel in an old palace in the city center. Optimal location for starting to explore fantastic Lisbon. Outstanding breakfast, beautiful terrace and inside garden /patio. The rooms are not big but cozy and practical and the bathroom is spacious. Really very nice stay!
