The hotel is very well located, in walking distance to most of the tourist spots. The rooftop terrace is a treasure. Enjoying a cocktail with the view of Lisbon is a really nice experience. The staff is nice and helpful, the rooms are clean and comfortable. The breakfast is plenty. A small gym and spa is also available. I definitely recommend it.
My partner and I absolutely loved our stay at The Vintage Hotel and Spa. The staff were very hospitable by taking the time to explain everything in our room to us. Rooftop bar is a nice cosy environment to have a relaxed drink in, and the breakfast buffet was yummy. We also really appreciated the small gestures by the hotel to help my partner and I celebrate our engagement. Thank you Tatiana and Bruno for your warmness. We highly recommend this hotel to all travellers who are after a nice, relaxing stay
Luxurious and original; warm, classy and welcoming - an amazing place. Delicious food, wonderful spa treatments and staff who couldn’t do enough for the guests. A real gem that shouldn’t be missed - a one-off!
We spent a lovely stay at Vintage. The suite was charmingly decorated and it was silent at night. The staff was attentive and nice, and provided generous amenities. Even our dog enjoyed his hotel bed. To repeat in the future.
We loved our stay at The Vintage - the staff were friendly, helpful and professional, happy to give ideas for places to visit. Our room was perfect and combined with the spa enabled us to relax very easily.
We are on a girls trip and our first stop was Lisbon, we booked it last minute because the other hotel was not working out and from the minute we called til check out our stay was fantastic. David, Joáo, & Carolina were exceptional and accommodating our requests and made us feel well taken care of. The SPA was our main focus and it did not disappoint. Well maintained, comfortable and relaxing. The rooftop was a great place to take in the views and have a cocktail or beer. The breakfast was delicious as well. Definitely recommend!!
A very nice hotel in a good location. Rooms are spacious, and the whole property is well designed. The rooftop bar is a great spot, but the stand out for me was the staff - all were friendly, helpful, knowledgeable and attentive. Highly recommended.
The Vintage Hotel and Spa is ideally located in the Principle Real area of Lisbon. The area is just a short walk from Baixa, Chiado, Barrio Alto and Alfama. There are plenty of restaurants, bars and cafes in the area, ranging from Portuguese traditional to vegan to Middle Eastern to Mexican etc etc. Top tip, if a restaurant looks busy one night and you fancy going another book it. The shopping is also excellent. So, location - first rate. The hotel is a five star establishment and thoroughly deserves it. The building is elegant, stylish and spacious yet the beautiful and beautifully conceived decor and design touches create a warm, welcoming and relaxing environment. The hotel spa and water area whilst not having a large pool is a fantastically relaxing area, excellent sauna and steam room and enough space to relax and rest for an hour or so after a day tramping the streets of Lisbon. Great staff and very helpful too. The rooms are huge and light by day, cosy by night. Beautifully designed in warm browns, greens and blues, with all the amenities you would expect from a 5 star, incredibly comfortable, huge bed, gorgeous bed linen, coffee machine, TV, safe, plenty of towels, great shower, lovely shower gel and shampoo etc and a good hair dryer too. Additionally the welcome cart with spiced gin and the best salted almonds ever and free minibar (until replenished) was a much appreciated touch. 100% perfect room. The restaurant is light, spacious and although a good size at no point will you feel cramped or crammed in. The breakfast buffet includes, cheese, charcuterie, smoked salmon, fresh fruit, home made granola (do not miss this), selection of breads, pastries, pastei del nata and Portuguese cakes AND cooked breakfast options too. The 'Blue' omelette is a superb way to start the day. Great coffee too. The staff are excellent, nothing is too much for them, they ensure the buffet is constantly replenished, even if you don't come down to eat until just before breakfast service has been completes, first class. The staff are also friendly, helpful, polite and ensure that service is very quick and accurate. The V Rooftop bar is a delight too, small but if you can get a seat up there you will have a great view over the City. Especially at sunset but get there early. Plus the option for excellent cocktails and wine etc and of course SuperBock beers. Strongly recommend the Vintage for any Lisbon trip. …
A beautiful experience, the hotel is so cool: very nice rooftop, big room and tastefully furnished, every details in the hotel are armonic. The staff are so kind e smiling every day, they try everyday to help you, suggest you and take care about you. I find a present cake for my birthday in the room!
Wonderful stay! The staff was very friendly and knowledgeable of where to go in Lisbon! Enjoyed the hospitality very much! Made it very easy to feel comfortable navigating the city. They pointed us in the right direction to have an authentic Portuguese meal, which was very important to us. The meal was delicious!
