Perfect and amazing staff who gave us a warm welcome to Lisbon. Live DJ set on Friday evening was amazing as well. Great location with easy access to sights and food places. We stayed in a 4-bedder room - It would been perfect if the hostel came to change the bins in the toilets daily. Or if the hostel made known this option to us during check in. We stayed for 3 nights and the rubbish was starting to accumulate.

The place has a minimalist but nice design where you just feel comfortable. The rooms are clean, the beds comfy. The breakfast offers enough quality food for any carnivorous as well as vegetarian travelers. You have the centre of the city basically below your windows. Last but not least, the personnel is very friendly.

This was my first hostel stay and I only stayed for one night. The front desk staff were very helpful, and the rooms were clean and well-maintained. The lockers below my bed were able to accommodate my very large luggage.

The location is great — right by some of the more scenic tram rides in the city, and close to a number of restaurants and cafés. There is also a post office and bank nearby. Staff are happy to give recommendations on things to do. I enjoyed my stay here!

This hostel is UNREAL!!!! My husband and I have stayed in many hostels and this is by far one of the best.
The open area downstairs has a bar, welcoming reception and offers breakfast in a morning.
We stayed in a private room and it was better than some hotels we have stayed in. Clean, tidy and well presented and every day the room was cleaned and the beds made.
Would definitely stay here again!!!!

Pros
Breakfast and location.

Cons
Lack of atmosphere. The bathroom could have liquid hand soap and not mini soap bars all around, and could also have hand-drying papers. The shower was leaking, which left the bathroom messy very fast.

This hostel is operated like a 2-star hotel, providing cozy room with private bathroom and comfortable bed. The business must've undergone major renovation in recent years as everything looks new, practical and comfortable. It is also conveniently located close to the Rossio Metro station and all attractions including Castelo de S. Jorge Castle, the Lisbon Cathedral and Praça do Comércio.

The hostel's name says it all - this hostel is ideally located in the heart of Lisbon within walking distance of most of the major monuments the city has to offer. My girlfriend and I allocated 2 days to Lisbon and 1 to Sintra and thoroughly enjoyed our stay in one of the 8-bed dorms. The rooms and amenities of this hostel exceeded our expectations as our 1st foray into hostel traveling. The staff were extremely kind as well and were helpful in helping us plan an early morning (4 am) transport to the airport. There were a few small details we wish we could change. For one, we had a bit of bad luck in that one of our roommates was sick and spent most of the night coughing relentlessly keeping most members of our room awake. Additionally, despite meeting many friendly faces, the hostel did not feel as openly social as other hostels we stayed our throughout our two week Europe trip

Dirty percussed Towels, disgusting place
Worst place ever been. But nothing worst than woman at front desk ..name: Rivis
Rude, uncapable to find solution to a simple thing. Our room was so cold, for 3 days we asked for help and she couldn't offer a solution as simple as provide a blanket, change room or fix the heating system
Inatead she acted defensively, shouting, interrupting, crying, ofending and unecessarily sharing the situation to other customers, this is completely uncomfortable for the other customers and speaks awfull about the hotel
Do not hire people like this woman, lack of education, customer service, positive attittude and zero skills of solving simple situations
Rivis is the name of this woman
No last name, she refused to provide it

Very well located, clean and beautiful place. But the best part is the staff that made feel at home and gave me good instructions and tips to walk around and enjoy the city. They've encouraged me to go to "bairro alto" at night, even when I was decided to go to bed because I was really tired from all day walking, but it was really worth it! I must come back and stay there again.

This was my first experience staying in a hostel and it was amazing. The hostel has a relax vibe to it. Other guest weren't noisy or rude. The staff were super friendly. Location is awesome with metro just across the street and plenty of restaurants and shops near by. The room (private double room) was spacious and was super clean! At night the hostel was really quiet. And fyi, taxis are parked across the street 24/7. No, iron in rooms or property, so better lay out your clothes asap to get them unwrinkled. And also, no tv if you care. I definitely recommending this hostel to anyone!
