The LX Boutique Hotel stands out for its stylish decor and modern comfort, with guests frequently applauding its cleanliness and the attentive service provided by its friendly staff. While many appreciate the hotel's central location and the value offered by quality amenities like comfortable beds, some reviewers warn of noise disturbances from nearby nightlife. For a quieter experience, selecting a room on a higher floor is often recommended. Despite noise concerns, the hotel's prime position and thoughtful touches, including earplugs, have earned it high marks from travelers.

Right next to Pink Street and Time Out market. Great location, most attractions are easily walkable from this hotel. Although the music from pink street could be heard from our room it wasn’t overly noisy due to the quality windows and shutters. Hotel was clean. Staff were very friendly and helpful. I can’t comment on the breakfast as we chose to eat at neighborhood cafes instead.

What can I say? Great staff, great hotel, great location! Room was spotless & at night you could hear no street noise once shutters were closed. Air Con was whisper quiet. Definitely worth a visit & hope to be back again soon. Excellent choice for any visitor who wishes to be in heart of the city.

Cais do Sodré was just rated #2 on the 'World's coolest' neighborhoods for 2022 list. lx Boutique Hotel is not only near the river but in the perfect location in Lisbon's coolest neighborhood. The hotel rooms are lovely, comfortable, and well cleaned. I was concerned about some of the reviews saying that there can be a lot of noise due to the night life. I did use the earplugs stocked in the rooms just one night out of the seven so I would not let the noise reviews deter you from picking this hotel.

I cannot praise the entire hotel staff enough but I would like to give a special shout out to some of the front desk personnel, Tiago, Bruno, David, and Luis. They truly enhanced our trip to Lisbon by helping us with dinner reservations, calling taxis, train tickets, and places to visit.

Queijadas, one of Portugal's most famous pastries, are put out every afternoon along with port wine. The rooms are stocked with Portus Cale Plum Flower toiletries. I actually ordered some soap when I got home because I loved it so much. The rooms have small stocked refrigerators with a variety of drinks and snacks that are priced reasonably.

It was sad to check out and to say goodbye to Lisbon but it was great to leave without having any sticker shock after paying the hotel bill. I couldn't believe the total bill for staying seven nights was so cheap!

Had originally booked 3 nights, after the first night I asked for a refund of the other 2 and left. Got absolutely no sleep, party central, noise from the street below goes on until 4/5am….that was on a Sunday too so not even Friday or Saturday.
Arrived after 11pm and tired after a long flight, check in gave no information about breakfast times or location etc. First room they gave us was like half a room….sloped ceiling and felt claustrophobic so we asked for another room. Got one which was a lot better but as soon as I pulled the bedclothes back to get into bed found a big hair on the sheets and when I lifted the pillow up, another hair! View from rooms not great, graffiti everywhere. Not very hygienic. Staff at breakfast nowhere to be seen, stood for ages to then be told we didn’t have breakfast included (which we did). When we got seated and went up for breakfast there was very little left even though it was on for another 2 hours and was not refreshed. Would not recommend at all.

The hotel is based bang in the middle of Lisbon with great access to all the tourist attractions and back street shops, restaurant etc. As its located near the aby, its on the lower and mostly flatter area of the City but access to the upper parts and the Castel are again within walking distance of the hotel.
Whilst it site on a main roundabout there was little traffic or street noise from below as the shutters and windows do a great job of keeping the noise out. Free ear plugs were provided however for those very light sleepers.
We didn't have breakfast in the hotel as we wanted to explore the city and make an early start each day, but the restaurant the breakfast is hosted is chique, modern and very well kept. I believe it opens up as a separate restaurant in the evening, not just for guests but outsiders as well.
The bedroom was spacious, well kept and we could smell the cleanliness every time we got back to the hotel in the evening. The bathroom pods are contemporary compared to the rest of the room décor, and the overhead waterfall shower head was very powerful.
Queen sized beds which were too comfortable! and great pillows.
No tea was available in the room, (but this goes for the rest of lisbon's cafe's) but a coffee machine providing fresh coffee every morning and the mini bar was well stoked every day.
All in all I couldn't fault the hotel and would defiantly return.

We came to Lisbon for our wedding anniversary. It’s a beautiful city with so much history and lovely things to see and do.

The location of the hotel is superb and very close to public transport. Our room was lovely and I would like to thank the staff for our upgrade to the river view. All the staff were great and they all helped us with what ever restaurant choices and touring advise we needed.

Two areas I believe need to be looked at . For a four star boutique hotel it’s essential in this day and age to have coffee or tea making facilities in the room.
Secondly for I found the breakfast expensive for what was offered and terribly boring . The same choices were served daily ???

Should I decide to revisit I will opt out of the breakfast option , as their are so many cafes all around serving much better fare at a cheaper rate. Having said that, the breakfast area is lovely with a great vibe.

Need a convenient, immaculately clean, stylish place to stay in Lisbon with friendly and incredibly helpful staff? Then look no further! Had two & one night stay during a trip to Portugal (with a break in Coimbra in between) and found the place to be extremely welcoming (and reliable, having forgotten passport in the room on the first occasion, it was retrieved and kept safe for my return a few days later!). The decor is light and modern, beds are comfortable, and requests for quieter rooms were accommodated on both occasions (the hotel is over a busy Pink street with bars and restaurants, so might be a reasonable request unless you are exploring the night life). I would definitely also recommend trying the sushi restaurant within the hotel - easy pace dinner in a stylish setting with delicious menu options that are reasonably priced and of high quality. We did not try to the breakfast at the hotel as were tempted by the variety of local cafés (staff recommended some lovely options in the area). The free pastries & port every day were a lovely touch as well! The location is easy walking distance to main attractions, so you are never far from exploring Lisbon. Would most definitely return!

We not only had an upgrade to a superior room with a river view, but also a bottle of sparkling wine for my wife's birthday. It's in a great location for getting around Lisbon and exploring the night life: after a hard day's walking, port and natas were very welcome. Very helpful staff who spoke excellent English. Large bedroom and bathroom, very comfy beds. If there was any downside, the machine made coffee could be better and the scrambled eggs for breakfast weren't kept hot enough...but there was masses of choice at breakfast.

We had a nice stay at the LX Boutique Hotel. Room was very clean and well decorated, staff was responsive and helpful. The hotel is very centrally located - quick walk to the metro, Time Out Market, Placa do Comercio, and other sights in the Baixa and Chiado neighborhoods. As others have noted, it is directly above the Pink Street, which is a huge party scene pretty much every night. We didn't find the noise to be too significant or disruptive, though depending on the room location and personal preference, this may be a factor for some people. We did not have breakfast included, but there are a number of great cafes within walking distance that we enjoyed exploring. The bathroom doorway in our room did have a high step/entrance, which we found slightly annoying and also potentially hazardous at night. We also wished there had been more (or more easily accessible) power outlets. But in general, we enjoyed our stay and found this to be a good home base for exploring Lisbon.

Excellent central location close to all main attractions. Staff were extremely friendly and highly efficient and went the extra mile to make our stay most enjoyable. Room was modern, spacious and beautifully decorated. Quiet location. We particularly enjoyed the complimentary pastel de nata, port and sushi upon arrival. Thank you for making our stay most memorable.

Hello, This hotel has no parking. Because the hotel is on a slop with a lot of traffic, it seems difficult to park in front of hotel to even unload luggage. The best choice is to take a taxi there. Betty
