Best hotel I have ever stayed in, I could not find a single fault with it. Everything you could think of was provided even down to an umbrella in the wardrobe (which we needed as the rain was unexpected). The room was very clean and comfortable, the staff were helpful and friendly and the breakfast excellent. There was a decanter...

This is a great hotel, just round the corner from the Santos train/tube stop. It is a short walk into Barrio Alto, and there are restaurants just over the road. There is a mini market just up the road where you can get fruit/water/beer/snacks etc. The hotel runs a honesty bar up in the library which has panoramic views out...

Stayed for two nights with my sisters. It was fantastic! The location was amazing! The staff was super friendly and accommodating. Our flight arrived early and they allowed us to check in ahead of schedule. Breakfast was delicious! I couldn't get enough of the pastel de nata! Worth every penny!

Wonderful hotel in the perfect location--a short cab ride to all the sites but not touristy and over crowded. Friendly and helpful staff. Lovely view. Charming library and deck. Delicious breakfast. Common areas are just adorable. Highly recommended.

This is a quite expensive hotel but you get value for what you pay. The city centre is easily accessible - by car or bus - but sufficiently distant to allow some peace and quiet. The rooms are lovely, well furnished and comfortable. The sitting rooms on the ground and third floors are delightful, and permanently full of drinks and...

Staff was very attentive from the moment we arrived. The hotel is exactly what you might expect from a hotel that is part of a "Heritage Hotel Group". Beautifully appointed common rooms, quiet and roomy bedrooms, and everything is absolutely clean. Breakfast should make anyone happy, and the honor bars are available 24hrs a day. Location is the next plus....
