Great experience! Very good room size, good bed, large bathroom and good-sized shower. Shower with good pressure, but I found that the shower temperature fluctuated a little during showers. Very top location, 1 block from the Marquês de Pombal metro station, 5 to 10 minutes walking to Rossio, several bakeries and restaurants nearby, and Pingo Doce and Continente (both markets) very close by. Staff always attentive and polite. I recommend it and will definitely be back. Note: getting there from the airport is super easy! Depending on the time you arrive, if the metro is running, it will be much cheaper than taking a taxi.

Our stay here was amazing! The location is fantastic as you can either walk 20 minutes to Praça De Comércio or take a quick and cheap Uber.
The check in process was great for multiple reasons. One reason being we were able to check in early (11am) which allowed us to begin our exploration of Lisbon early and as they upgraded us to the beautiful Junior Suite for my partners birthday (as requested in the booking & free of charge! ⭐️)
The staff are excellent! They are very welcoming and friendly. Our room was beyond beautiful with a very large and extremely comfortable bed, a balcony, a kitchenette and a living room. It was spotless, convenient luxurious and faultless. Our room was tidied during our stay so we came back to a tidy space after a busy day of tourism.
Check out was equally as great as it was quick and as they stored our suitcases free of charge while we spent the last few hours in the city before our flight.

This hotel is nicely and fairly centrally located. The hotel itself has no parking, we didn't use, but down the street there was public paid parking available. There is a metro station nearby and Uber is widely available for transportation.
The hotel staff are very friendly and multilingual. The rooms are just average and fairly spacious, but there is almost no storage space with just 2 tiny drawers. The attached but separate restaurant that you can get breakfast at opens at 730. Not friendly there. There is a friendly brasserie across the street that you can get delicious Portuguese pastries and coffee, except Sundays. The room water pressure is weak, and the overhead shower blocked off. Beds were comfortable and the room nicely cleaned daily. There was a small kitchenette, but we preferred to eat outside. Instant coffee available in the room.

The hotel is in a good location just a short walk from Marques Pombal metro. Our room was very clean, nicely decorated with a handy, well equipped kitchenette. Towels, body wash, soap and a hairdryer was provided and the room cleaned every day.
The restaurant is situated on the lower floor and a comfortable lounge area, with a drinks vending machine can be found on the 9th floor. Staff were friendly and efficient and overall we had a comfortable 4 night stay.
The only downsides are the restaurant is a little small and you have to queue to be seated and the lift is a bit noisy during the night. However, these are minor faults and we would stay in the hotel again when visiting Lisbon.

Very conveniently located and relatively small hotel has large enough, clean and well equipped rooms (i stayed in Studio room with kitchenette for almost 3 weeks). You can use decent laundry service as well. This is unfortunately all the hotel has to offer.
Generally hotel specialise on servicing large bus tours, so be ready to wait on reception if they check in or out. The real shame of the place is extremely slow lifts, so be ready to wait. There is no bar except for pretty useless lounge on the top floor (no service there except for coffee and snack machine), again only if you are patient enough to catch the lift. Reception is generally friendly but generally small and very busy.
Another fail is the restaurant (that is legally a separate entity) which despite relatively good food might refuse you for breakfast as being full (don't worry there are plenty of places around) and has somewhat unwelcoming service.
Also beware there is a huge construction site right next to hotel, so rooms facing inward should really be avoided (side street facing is OK).
So to me the place can only be considered if sold at very competitive price (which unfortunately was not my case), otherwise there plenty of other places to stay within walking distance. And don't take breakfast, you can have much better just across the street.

The hotel was very nice. Our superior double room was very spacious and comfortable (except that there was no wardrobe). There is also a shared lounge on the top floor. This was also cozy and equipped with a water dispenser, coffee machine and vending machine. From the small balcony of the lounge you had a fantastic view over Lisbon. The hotel staff was always friendly and always on hand. The breakfast was delicious and varied. We would recommend the hotel for a city trip due to its location (3 minutes to the metro -> Marques de Pombal and bus stations right outside the door). The neighborhood is very safe and equipped with restaurants/cafés.

Firstly, we had a great stay. The hotel is in an excellent location, very close to the Metro station and plenty of places to eat and shop around it. We stayed in a double room on the fourth floor. We found it very quiet and barely heard our neighbours, despite the hotel seeming quite busy. The hotel room was very clean, bed on the firmer side, and our view was nothing to write home about, but we didn’t pay for anything more. The reception staff were always polite, said hello when we came back into the hotel etc. We had breakfast with our package and while we always found something to eat, the selection wasn’t amazing.
There were a few tweaks that would have made our stay even better. The breakfast room is basically the hotel bar/restaurant ‘Slang’, opened as a buffet in the morning. Some of the tables are extremely close together and we could barely get through the gaps (and we are not large!). The food seemed to be dotted on all sides of the room, meaning lots of people milling around and crossing over each other in a small space. On check in we weren’t told about any hotel amenities. This meant it took us until the second evening to work out we could refill our water bottles on the ninth floor lounge for free. Finally, we basically lived out of suitcases for the three night stay as there wasn’t anywhere other than a short hanging rail, no good for anything other than tops, to store clothes. A chest of drawers would have made all the difference.
I would recommend the hotel because of its cleanliness and good location. I’d consider whether breakfast was good value for money when you have a good variety of coffee shops and cafes on the hotel doorstep.

The hotel is very close to the city, the metro and bus station are on the doorstep. The large, expensive shopping area is also just around the corner, for those with a big budget :D There are various restaurants close to the airport, about 20 minutes by taxi, and 3-4 stops by metro into the city. The room was clean and nice, unfortunately the view from our room was of a construction site. But since we were out and about all day, it wasn't that bad. An attached restaurant offers breakfast for €16 per person. It has everything you need to start the day refreshed. To return to the airport, we were able to book a private shuttle at reception for €25. We paid €32 for the taxi ride, but taxis are very variable... As a small tip. Reception was always manned and the staff were nice and helpful. All in all, a nice stay in Lisbon.

Pros: - location: close to public transport (metro/bus), center reachable on foot, 10 minutes from the airport - room: we had a free upgrade from double to studio, pleasant, clean, spacious environment, as was the kitchen/living room corner. quiet room, very comfortable mattress. standard equipment (air conditioning, TV, safe, courtesy kit, hairdryer), a big flaw is the absence of a wardrobe and/or place to store clothes (the coat hanger available is insufficient).
Against: - Services: practically non-existent, like the common areas. more like a condo with concierge than a hotel. - Price: too expensive considering the total absence of services - Elevators: insufficient in number/size for the number of hotel guests. it is possible to get stuck for at least ten minutes before finding a free lift.
