Stayed there at the end of April. Nice hotel with modern interior and a lovely rooftop restaurant for breakfast (the breakfast itself was quite modest though). The hotel featured nice and quite spacious rooms, and expensive internet connection. During my stay there were renovations on several floors (hence the noise during daytime). However, by now the renovations should have ended....

We were there at the end of May 2012. 300 meters from the Marques de Pombal Place. The personnel was very friendly. The entrance is with steps and for people that cannot take the luggage to the lift may be difficult but generally personnel help. Because the last works there were problems with warm water and water evacuation in the...

We stay in this excellent hotel beggining of February and we have the chance to have one of the renewed rooms in 8th floor. It was a magnificent experience. Both me and my wife do not have any doubts in recommending this hotel. First of all the hotel is very well located in the center of Lisbon, a mere 5...

stayed for 5 nights mid-December. the hotel is not the easiest to find. Room basic and the bathroom occasionally had a smell like sewerage. breakfast basic, usual bread, ham and cheese which was boring after a while. Room was cleaned everyday with fresh towels. Located near metro and main bus stops. Overall you get what you pay for

The stay at the embaixador was relatively comfortable.. The room was spacious enough for three people to stay over a weekend. The hotel was situated near two metro stations making it an ideal location for travel around the city. The staff weren't the most welcoming of people.. But helpful enough.

I spent 2 nights in this hotel. The rooms are a little old, but clean and confortable. The location is 2 blocks from a metro station, but has few restaurants and was desert at nights. On the good side, the hotel allowed me to checkin at 7 AM and had a very good breakfast on Sunday. The next morning, the...

Even though rooms are not very big, they are cozy, clean and warm. Food is very good and personnel is generally nice, with some exceptions. I would recommend this place for those who come to Lisbon for a couple of days, especially because it is close to the center town thus making visiting town even more accessible.

This hotels seems so degraded, and dirty, that i had a headache from the moment i arrived there. Staff are very rude. Furthermore food is very boring, everyday the same thing and cold. The cleanliness of the hotel is highly questionable. Lifts were alwas very dirty and smelly. My room was very small, and rather dated. They have to urgently...
