Travelling with 2 girls (10 & 11) we had 2 interconnecting rooms - double and twin. Both were huge and very quiet. The girls loved the indoor pool. Staff were very helpful generally and I mentionned that it was my daughter's birthday while we were there and they provided a lovely cake and drinks in our room. Buffet breakfast was...

Hotel was fine but location isn't ideal for tourists. Was there on business so less of an issue for me personally. Was a bit of a pain when had limited free time as nothing in close vicinity for that odd hour free. Luckily taxis in Lisbon are reasonable.

Dear Guest, Thank you for sharing your comments with us. We are glad to know that you had a pleasant stay with us. Indeed, taxis are not expensive in Lisbon, even though is a small city, the seven hills make it with a lot of ups and downs so taxi are a good choice of transportation. I have been twice to the Dom Pedro as it's just next to my company office in Lisbon. Mixed feelings, and not too good ones. Sumptuous hotel, beautiful lobby, nicely maintained, sense of luxury throughout. Rooms are huge and luxurious, bidet in the bathroom, restaurant on the third floor is pretty good. But... -Breakfast paid separately, (20 EUR per day,...

The building is quite old. Despite the fact that exterior is looking good, interior needs renovation defenetly. The beds quite big but uncomfortable, small pillows, small TV, wi-fi and breakfast should be payed separately (is it 5 stars hotel?), no kettle and iron, restaurant is ordinary. These are all minuses. Pluses could be quite friendly staff but again not all....

We stayed in this hotel as part of a package from Voyage Privee and were not disappointed. The deal allowed us access to the excellent spa and VIP lounge. The room was large and included a well-appointed bathroom and sufficient space in the bedroom for sitting/working etc. Overall we were most impressed by the staff who could not do enough...

We stayed here for over a week and were very impressed. Rooms always immaculate, within 10 mins walking distance to the Metro and very friendly and efficient staff. Will definitely return here when next back in Lisbon. Also it has a shopping mall across the road which means if you have forgotten anything then its very easy to sort. The...

Really nice staff, well located and clean, although the rooms are not spacious. It's very close to the center of the city, what makes it easy if you go as turist. But if you want, the receptionists will surely call you a cab and it's not going to be expensive to go to downtown (max 5 euros).

Stayed there during a business incentive. The hotel has a certain grandeur, and as mentioned previously by another person, it needs to be refreshed. 5 star hotels don't keep their 5 star level if no continuous upgrades are made. The rooms were large, but the beds were awful. That was the joke of the day when we met our colleagues...

It's a very nice hotel with great comfort. However, the rooms are quite small but clean, comfortable and provides those small details that adds value to your stay; chocolate on your pillow, nice products in the bathroom, great breakfast etc. Location is not A but taxi in Lisbon costs €3-4 so it doesn't matter too much!
