We stayed here for a couple of nights during our short citybreak in Lisbon. Located a bit outside city center part; the area of the hotels houses more hotels, appartments but also a nice park/green area and also several restaurants. So that is not too bad, because trains and subway also are closeby. Metro is about 350m away. Had a room on second floor at the front side of the hotel. No noise from the road and very little of the planes coming over towards airport. A little noise, but nothing too bad, of rooms and doors closeby . Room was of a decent size. Bathroom was of good size. All kept clean well. Beds were comfortable after all the walking in the lovely city of Lisbon. Breakfast was good also, stillenough to choose from. Nice start of the day. Staff friendly and helpfull. Also good that the bar was open late so we could have a drink before getting to the room.…
This hotel is very, very clean. The rooms are comfortable. This one had a lot more closet and shelving space for our clothes than other Ibis hotels we have stayed at, which was appreciated. The beds are comfy and the room is quiet. We only occasionally heard noise from people above or beside us. The weather was quite warm in Lisbon in mid-October (20 to 22 celsius) so we were happy that we were able to control the air temperature and make it cool for sleeping. The hotel is about a five-minute walk to two subway stops. The subway is totally affordable and reliable. Including the walk to the subway, you can be pretty much anywhere in Lisbon in under 30 minutes. We stayed here for five nights. Went to Porto for a few days and then stayed here again for our last night before flying home. We ate the breakfast once. We were prepared for what was on offer as it's geared to the local region so if you are used to a "north american" breakfast of hot food that's high in protein (e.g., omelettes, bacon) this is not the breakfast for you. But many people seemed to enjoy it. The hotel team is very nice and helfpful. Overall, this is a safe, clean and comfortable hotel with very good rates. …
Overall we had a really good stay here. The hotel staff were helpful and friendly. The food in the restaurant was surprisingly good and inexpensive ($9 for a 12" pizza). The bed and pillows were good, and the breakfast buffet was plentiful and delicious. The only negative would be the very small rooms but we knew that was the case ahead of time.
Good hotel. Just a small 10 minutes walk from the metro station. Mind you, there’s some climbing to do before you reach the hotel. The hotel is in a high rise building, so if you don't like elevators better let them know beforehand.
all the staff was kind and helpful. the room was a little small but enough for us. the rate was also reasonable. on their internet site i got a link for check in, but the link was not helpful at all. overall it was good.
This Ibis property, among countless others in Lisbon, stands out for a relatively secluded location from the action of downtown and a well-oiled team of staff. I only stayed a night, which was enough to deem this place a great option for a short time in the city or for a layover (like in my case). The rooms were the typical, unrenovated Ibis product, which having just stayed at a renovated sister property, let me inequitably compare to my former experience. I hope these rooms can soon be renovated. Nonetheless, they were clean and functional. I recommend this hotel and will further recommend it upon completion of renovations in the future.
Wow!!! From the minute I arrived for check in until I checked out, I was really impressed by the staff - I call it the Wow effect. Great experience overall - even the lady at breakfast!!! I am impressed and I will be back.
I can count on a good hotel experience with Ibis hotels. Ibis Lisboa was no different. The staff was very nice and helpful. Housekeeping did a wonderful job and the rooms were very comfortable. Recommend
The hotel was pretty decent for its price, you get what you pay. It seems to show its age, the air-con in my first room was not working so I had to be transferred to another room. Everything was okay from the other room. Location wise, it's 20 mins away from the main attractions in Lisbon. It's pretty close to metro station (around 10 mins wak) and there are several restaurants and Lidl along the way. It's an okay stay if you are on a budget in Lisbon.
I went to this place a few years ago was much better then now, a/c was not functioning properly in the bed ,bed sheet was so used up that it was torn, now in the shower mold all along the bottom ,I found that ugly ,,,,this is a huge hotel chain and should fix the problems ,I’m sorry I will never be returning to this hotel
