The hotel is very old, the room, the restroom, the elevators, everything needs urgent remodeling. Breakfast is really good for what you pay, and you have a great view from the 10th floor while you are eating it. It's also closer to the metro station.
Cold water not functioning, practically taking a shower meant boiling yourself
Breakfast's lack of variety, the same everyday
Good location next to Parque metro station, good coffee for breakfast, good restaurants in the neighborhood and nice staff
This hotel would suite you if you are only condidering on the cost factor. rooms are not cleaned with torn carpets. breakfast is terrible and cutleries were not washed. Staff is also very unfriendly. Only good thing is it's located centrally. Very poor room standards.
We lasted 2 hours before checking out, even though we had fully paid for our accommodation. It is old, dirty and the showers don't work only a trickle of water. I felt sorry for the young man at the reception desk because he seemed to...More

I agree that hotel is very old, small rooms, but cleaning is good, exactly depend on the personnel, but I have stayed in this hotel 3 times, and once with the family and it was fine. Sure, you can find new and modern hotels or hostels there with similar price. I have been staying in 4 different hotels in Lisbon during different seasons and can say that Eduardo is not bad, they also trying to make renovation a little bit ...
Sure if you will compare this hotel with similar for example in Stockholm it will be huge difference, but in Istanbul - another story :-).

it is far, lets say the hotel is not close to the stadium, but depends of what do you mean far. By taxi, during the peak in the morning or evening, can take 1 hour to reach. But, it is possible to use underground or bus services. Uber is good there, but I cannot say that regular taxi is more expensive, sometimes Uber can be more expensive then ordinary taxi you can catch on the street.
