- Extremely tired decor and DIRTY! - Room FAR too hot with no way to control. - Got in late after travelling and had no hot water. - My two colleagues had the same complaints about their rooms. - The staff were moody and depressing...as were the guests; probably because they didn't know how bad their experience would be. -...

High expetations are always caused by the images provide. This is a really old Hotel. And my photos can speak for me. There are no new things. It's old with holes in the walls, besides moisture and cracks! The shower is not proper for an hotel. ( check the photos attached ) It was found on the hallways from the...

The hotel location is very good close to the metro, tour buses and shopping. What is missing is the update of the hotel. Our room was adequate for sleeping however my bed size request and a non smoking room was not honoured. Daily breakfast was average with fresh fruit being questionable on some days. Overall the hotel was more like...

Very nice location; 20 minutes walk to the center and 5 mins walk to 2 subway stations. Satisfied with the room: it had all i needed: mirrors, useful furniture pieces, electrical outputs. You may be surprised, I've stayed in rooms with just one output. The fridge wasn't working, but they changed it. The room was cleaned daily. The bathroom had...

Hotel has nice location. You can reach historical center in twenty minutes walk. Also subway station Parque situated nearby. Eduardo 7th definetely has its style, it may seem old fashioned. Interior of the rooms is not new, but mostly it's working. Standart room that we had wasn't very large, but we spent most of the time outside, so that didn't...

We stayed for 5 days. Great location. We read the hotel was very dated but we were hugely dissapointed upon our arrival. Needs some serious renovation and new furnitures. The bathroom was spacious though and very tidy/clean and the beds comfortable. The room was thoroughly cleaned daily. The breakfast was ok, pretty standard, at a lovely 10floor terrace. Would be...

My family and I weren't expecting much from the hotel. We were aware that it's not too expensive and not too fancy, and that's frankly ok. The place, however, lacks the very basics in confort. Let's get the worst part out of the way: the bathroom smelled strongly of urine. Even after we complained, they did some cleaning, and after...

Stayed here for 3 nights. Old rooms and furniture. Wifi only on the lower floors. No sound proofing, could hear people talking in the adjacent rooms. Air conditioning wasn't working and one definitely needs in the LIsbon summers. Hotel staff was really unhelpful and at times plain rude. Even the free breakfast was nothing remarkable. Very basic bread cheese an...

Booked this hotel because we were joining group of friends and they had already made reservations there. The place definitely wouldn't be on my shortlist. First, the pros: good location and polite staff. The cons: old, poor lit, bit of scruffy, needs a remodeling or at least a good spring cleaning. Free wi-fi is not very fast. The breakfast is...

Stayed here for 8 nights as a base for visiting Lisbon and surrounding area. Rooms looked freshly painted. No rips in furniture as read in another review. Free breakfast was ample with a good basic choice. Five mins from metro station. Good city hotel :-)
