What can I say... from the initial reservation call I was impressed with the personal service of this hotel. I did stay in another of their glorious properties in Porto before. But the one in Lisbon is now the only place for me to stay. I could spend much time speaking of its beauty, but the people who work there makes your stay very memorable, Andre at the entrance, Carolina, Fabio and others at the front desk go above and beyond to be helpful. Teresa who is an ambassador to the hotel is absolutely charming and knowledgeable about this amazing place. She was kind enough to show us some of the incredible suites. No wonder many dignitaries and celebrities stays there. There are two pools and the outside one is nestled is the most magnificent garden. There is a spa which I never had time to go, it will next time. My room was incredibly spacious, I had everything I needed it. Breakfast is very plentiful and organized keeping up with our new norm. The staff at the restaurant are equally caring and cheerful, you can tell they love being in this beautiful place as well. The area is not so close to all the restaurants and cultural locations, however most of everything I did was ten minutes by cab. Can’t wait to return to the magnificent Pestana Palace. …
A wonderful hideaway in Lisbon, a little outside of downtown but in a quiet area, within walking distance of the famous Belem tower and monastery. The lush gardens and pool are above what anyone could expect in a city hotel. Breakfast, restaurant and bar in the historic palace are a unique experience.
Outstanding hotel ! A beautifully restored and maintained Palace with 21st Century facilities. Extremely friendly staff, delicious food and drink. The gardens and pool are superb and the spa offers a wide range of treatments. Comfortable and quiet rooms with linen changed daily. Highly recommended.
Entire staff were excellent particularly reception and Ricardo would recommend the hotel to anyone. Suite was very comfortable and fully equipped, considering it was first time after covid restrictions lifted everyone was fully on the ball, only slight comment would be a couple of times longer time to bring to room than expected, but when they arrived excellent food and staff full of smiles
The palace is absolutely lovely as are the gardens and I am sure should you have the funds to stay in one of the suites within the palace it woud be an amazing experience howeverwe found this hotel very disappointing. We stayed
