i recently stayed at the Hotel Real Parque and found it to be fantastic. The staff were very friendly and helpful, The ambiance of the hotel is great, it is nicely appointed and the rooms are big. The bed was very comfortable, the bathroom spacious, and it was very clean. The breakfast which was included was wonderful, with a full...

This is hotel where large groups of all-inclusive tourists stay. There are not enough seats for breakfast. People scramble to get what they want / need and the waitresses seem annoyed and are not friendly. My room had a huge spot in the carpet floor.

This is the usual place were I stay on my visits to Lisbon. Well located and with some nice restaurants around, it's a great place to spend a couple of days. Also it is just near Marquês do Pombal which is one of the main exit point from the busy city.

I was visiting Lisbon for the first time as a tourist couple. We had booked a room here in this hotel 3 mths in advance with full payment. But on arrival to our utmost dismay we were made to wait in the lobby for 4 hours and later we were told by the reception staff that the hotel is totally...

Nice modern lobby but the rooms are dated. Really has a smell of an old hotel. Luckily, there's a grocery store around the corner- we went out and bought some air freshener. The bed are firm. Too firm that I am unable to sleep well. However, the room is spacious. Free soda in the mini ref. its about 15 minute...

The hotel is not central but has easy access to 3 main metro stations (10 minutes far from centre) and bus stops. It is very close to the Gulbenkian museum. The hotel is quite ok, breakfast is good, the rooms are quite big, staff is very friendly and willing to help. Only problem is the noise of planes going over...

This hotel is decent - location a short walk to most venues. Room keys were given out but many of the rooms had not yet been cleaned. Location is a bit on the noisy side when windows are open. Bed was a bit uncomfortable and could have used a newer mattress.

The location is very disappointing we had thought the hotel was more central and it was a 40 minutes walk to the more historic parts of Lisbon. The lobby was spacious and attractive, lifts always readily available and everywhere very clean. Breakfast menu was extensive and staff very attentive to replacing food. Our room was spacious and very clean, as...

I stayed here due to a canceled flight from Air France. I guess this is the hotel Air France sends it stranded passengers too when they cancel flights. Well i was worried about them sending me to a flea bag hotel, and the lady said "no sir, it's a 4 star hotel" so i thought, "great, no worries then" I...

The location is close (5 mins walk) to the metro, which is cheap and handy to get round Lisbon and the last stop on the direct line from the airport. Would recommend to get a payg card from the airport (we bought 10 euro one and it lasted 4 days with heavy usage) The lobby is well decorated and staff...
