Awesome breakfast. Top notch. Many choices. Clean rooms. Spectacular views. Train station is cross the street. Airport is 3 stops away. Uber ride is $5-7 from the airport. Cross the street is Vasco the Gama mall. Has ton of food choices and shopping. Water front promenade few minutes away. Must do Sky Bar in the night. Views are unbelievable. Only thing is its around 20 minutes from Barrio Alto area. But you could take the train or Uber ride, pretty inexpensive. Mangers Sergio and Carlos was very hospitable. Attended to all the extra things I asked for.
On the pandemic time , the courtesy and cleaned/safe environment has been impressive (Gymn, swimming pool , and others amenities ). Moreover the location is enjoyable, easily reachable from Airport by Subway..
A rather modern hotel in the Parque das Nacoes area. Room was clean, good size, bathroom was clean with good amenities. Terrific view of the water from our room on the 13 floor. Fantastic location if attending a concert at the Altice arena. Easy walking distance.
The rooms are a little outdated and a little small. The sliding doors of the closet don't slide anymore and the safe is a little small to fit a laptop. If you want to plug a phone/watch charger in the socket next to your bed, you have to unplug the lamp since there's only one socket. There is a shower/bath combination so you'll have to climb into the bath to take a shower. The breakfast is good and the staff is friendly and helpful.
Let us start with the good. Front desk awesome service Anything you ask for is no problem and they make it happen quickly. Housekeeping was also very good as were the convention staff. Restaurant breakfast is also excellent.plenty of choices buffet style. The room was not great not bad. I gave it a 4 star review because of the room Missing shelf space in the bathroom .AC so so...where i was there was a lot of noise. And a few things did not work in the room. They fixed most but still annoying. You are supposed to be one of the best hotels in Lisbon. Too many broken windows (not literally of course)
This is a very busy hotel with long waiting times for the only three lifts available. At times as busy as at an airport. Havent tried the breakfast buffet since there is a huge food hall over the road. Staff are friendly and helpful but cleanliness of hallways not the best. How difficult is it to remove stains from a carpet? Also, the gym and the small pool are at the back of the hotel right next to the train tracks. Not exactly a Spa-experience. Overpriced too, considering how far out it is from any sites.
The hotel is so cheep that they do not turn on the air conditioner in the lobby - so much for a relaxing drink at the end of a long day. The swimming pool is a long walk up a hill and then 50 stairs to climb. The bathroom is a disaster - hard to adjust shower temperature ( can not turn the knob with out a super effort) - not easy to flush the toilet ( can not reach the flush button while sitting on the toilet ) - the bathroom floor is super slick ( like an ice rink when wet ). The breakfast food bar is great !! It is too far from the downtown action and is also up a hill.
I recently stayed for two nights at this hotel,. The room was fine and the check in was easy. Checking out was another story. I was asked to pay for a room that was already paid for, and when I asked for a receipt, reception was unable to print one in a reasonable time, if ever. This is not satisfactory service for a supposedly 4 star hotel.
The hotel was in an exceptional location and the views over Lisbon from the roof top bar were fabulous. The hotel rooms were very clean and comfortable. The breakfast was excellent with a very wide choice available. The hotel reception was often busy with waiting clientele and when we were there one of the lifts was broken but it was fixed by the following morning. A noisy pool area and lobby in the early evening.
We chose this hotel as it was a short ride on the metro from the airport. It is an ideal hotel outside Lisbon with easy access to central Lisbon or other areas via the train, metro or bus. It is a modern, clean and comfortable hotel the reception staff were really helpful and friendly. We arrived and we were given a double room but wanted a twin which was quickly rectified for us. The breakfast was amazing with everything you could ever wish for and lovely freshly cooked omelettes. The rooms were spacious as was the bathroom great air con which was appreciated in the heat. The Sky bar was lovely but service was slow as it was busy. We enjoyed a lovely meal in the Guilty restaurant, the pasta dishes were very good. Th outside bar area closed at 9pm which was a shame. The swimming pool was small and crowded with children and families so don't expect to be able to swim but nice for a dip to cool off. The nearby mall is very handy and has a great supermarket and lots of fast food outlets. Take a walk along the sea front for nicer restaurants. On the whole it was a great location for us as a base to explore Lisbon…
