Stayed in double room for 4 nights. Staff is really friendly and helpful, hotel is exceptionally clean, smells good. Rooms are spacious, enough towels provided, beds not the most comfortable, but fine. Furniture needs some refurbishing and renewing, I am sure this will be done in some time. We used the sauna too, which was clean, however, as all the...

This hotel is in serious need of refurbishment. But more than that it is filthy. There were stains allover the carpet in our room. Dirt and dust on curtains. Ripped carpet and dirt under the sofa. Broken drawers and fridge door. Stained tiles....Really the worst place I ever stayed. Only redeeming feature the rooms are big.

Lisbon is one of those cities that you must visit. The buildings are just beautiful We took the hop on hop of bus which took in all the city highlights . Only staying here for one day was a mistake you could easily stay a few.

We were booked into one of the VIP hotels for our last night in Lisbon before going home - at reception, advised of an electricity fault and we would have to move to another in the chain - another taxi, more expense, a little inconvenience ''' and an upgrade to a suite, our own 'mini-house', refund of the taxi expense...

First, the positives. The rooms in this hotel are huge, and there is a decent-sized kitchen area. It is clean, and the staff are nice and very helpful. But it is definitely old and quite outdated. I wouldn't be mad about the location, either. The neighbourhood is a weird combination of lifeless and sleazy - there is red light district...

Stayed here for two night. Huge rooms with separable sitting area. It's old and a bit outdated, but clean and conveniently located not far from Pombal square, where is also nearest metro station. Dinner and breakfast were good, but also nothing special.

the rooms are quite big and spacious. The location is pretty close to marques de pompal and to picas metro station. you also have various restaurants and super markets. its an old hotel but its clean and the rooms are like a mini apartment (basic kitchen, living room, tv, table, bathroom, bed)

This hotel offers good value. It is a 20 minute walk from the city centre. The rooms are spacious if rather tired. Very basic kitchen supplies are provided. However the bed was very comfortable and the hotel was inexpensive. It is in a reasonably quiet area so you can get some sleep. Staff were very helpful.

Great hotel! Situated very close to Marquês de Pombal. From there you'll be able to take the metro to just about anywhere in the city. Lots of shops and restaurants nearby as well. The hotelroom itself is very large. There's a regular bedroom and bathroom, but in top of that there's quite a large living and dining area and a...

Quite a big room, with plenty of space for 2 people. Practical kitchenette, with a microwave, kettle (but no coffee or tea, so don't forget to bring your own!), a pan, few plates, 4 glasses, 4 mugs. Stains on the very tired carpet, very big old TV , but with several channels in Portuguese and English. Wifi keeps dropping, but...
