A 4 star hotel with a 5 star service, close to bars and restaurants around Lisbon town centre. We chose this hotel because it was a 2 minute walk to the Altice centre at which we enjoyed the company of Andrea Boccelli. Staff were smart friendly and welcoming at all times though the bar area (too small) left a bit to be desired. Plenty of places to visit and Uber was our choice of transport, ever available and cheap!

This hotel is well situated near to the metro and is on the Expo 98 site which means there are plenty of restaurants and shops. The metro will get you to the old city centre in about 20 minutes
The hotel is modern and clean the rooms are nice and of a good size. The bar is good and reasonably priced.
The problems arise with the restaurant where service was painfully slow. We were in hurry but others walked out as nearly an hour after ordering nothing had appeared. Felt sorry for waiters who were very olive and apologetic the problem is with the kitchen. When the food arrived it was okay but no mor, much better food is available in near by restaurants.
Breakfast was a disappointment there was an excellent range of food and an omelette station, however on the three days I stayed all the cooked food was cold and though set up nobody manned the omelette station.

During a very stressful time trying to return to our home country, this hotel and it's staff were amazing. Every precaution was taken to ensure social distancing and safety, including hand sanitizers, minimal amount of people allowed in elevator and restaurant, all cutlery, plates, cups, food, wrapped individually with saran wrap. All staff were well-trained in social distancing protocol but remained friendly and helpful. Room was top notch. Right next to Oriente station for metro, trains and buses. I would definitely recommend this hotel in good times and bad.

I stayed one night here as I had to leave my rental apartment for my last night in Lisbon. I chose it because it's close to the airport, but in an area with a shopping mall, a large grocery store, lots of restaurants and some sights. The room was clean and I was offered early check in which I used. I had a room on the train side so there was a bit of train noise, but not enough to bother me. I had a small issue with my tv and the staff was very responsive and came quickly to solve the problem. They were helpful with getting me a taxi to the airport as their shuttle service times did not work for me. The breakfast was fine and had a variety of food to choose. The wifi was fine, but did cut out in certain parts of my room. I could have used a plug close to the bed. There was a plug close to the desk. There was also an inroom fridge which I used for my own drinks, and an in room safe.

A lovely hotel in a fantastic location. We had a spacious room just off the corridor which was quiet and overlooking the train station where we could watch the planes take off and land. On the 18th floor you could hear no noise at all which meant a great sleep for us all, plus proper blackout curtains. The beds were really comfortable, tea and coffee making facilities, fridge and mini bar in the room. Also toiletries and hair dryer provided in the bathroom. The staff (and every Portuguese person I met) were all lovely and accommodating, from reception, cleaners and waiting staff. We were bed and breakfast and the breakfast was delicious and fresh. Plenty of options for all. The hotel was really clean throughout. Good WiFi. A great hotel for a central stay close to the airport (around 10 mins by taxi). Easy to get around with the train station so close but taxis are relatively inexpensive if preferred. We would stay again.

Nicely located too far from the airport (it is not the melia at the airport) in the business district near the parque de nacoes with lively restaurants near the waterfront in walking distance.

Reception and service very good, although the Receptionist was a trainee. Room was convenient partly refurbished, even a Hometrainer in the room.

Better than having a welcome drink or a cheese platter in the room I would prefer that the shower is working properly, so some parts of the rooms need attention while most of it is refurbished.

Parkett floor, clean and service oriented. Still a bit loud on the 12th floor but it is a main road with all services close by.

Perfect place to explore Lisbon from ..lots of restaurants and access to subway. Hotel first class ! We have been there before and have been impressed with the fine level of services and the quality of rooms great - plenty of room and everything you need in the bathrooms too (lots of towels etc). We would recommend this hotel also for how close it is to aquarium which is worth a visit (or two)

I opened my luggage and left it open on the supplied luggage table in the room. In the morning I discovered most of my clothing was now wet.

Apparently the air conditioner had a clogged drain and water was overflowing out of the ceiling dripping directly into my luggage.

I called the front desk and they promptly came up to the room and apologized but offered nothing as a remedy.

Something as simple as offering to wash and dry my clothing would have been a good gesture. I was told a note would be made to the manager, I have yet to see any attempt at communicating with me regarding this although it has only been a couple days so they may yet communicate.

This hotel was perfect for our stay in Lisbon! It was was conveniently located just a short walk from the Oriente Train Station. There's a mall nearby and eateries all in walking distance. I particularly liked it because it was outside of the city/touristy area, but also close enough to take an Uber (very inexpensive) to get to the places you want to go to like the Alfama district, etc.

The hotel is really nice and the staff is very helpful with assisting you to navigate the area. The room was comfortable, wi-fi with password available, and they have USB ports by the bed so no need to use your converter charger if you're from the states. I was here during my birthday and the hotel surprised be with delivering champagne and desserts to the room. A nice treat!

Just note if you arrive early, you won't be able to check in until their check-in time at 2pm. Our flight got in at 8am and we arrived at the hotel around 9ish. We weren't allowed to go to the room yet, but they did hold our bags and we ate and walked around until around 1pm or so and then they finally let us check in. By the way, it's not far from the airport either about 15, maybe 20 mins. Overall, great stay; I recommend.

Stayed here for one night only between flights. The hotel is superb, ultra modern and super clean, staff were cleaning surfaces all if the time.
Our room was beautiful, a tad warm maybe but we found the controls and reduced the temperature a little. Bathroom very clean and plenty of towels etc.
Breakfast room was lovely, reasonably quiet when we were there so no overcrowding, I couldn’t really deduct a star on rating BUT the hot cooked breakfast was just not hot, it was in fact cold, all of it! Very disappointing, I even asked for egg as none there and that dish was moved from a side and still they were cold. Such a great shame but as I say the hotel was excellent.
