Lovely little hotel with quirky rooms in a good spot for the river and close to restaurants and bars. The bed was comfortable but not much cupboard space which wasn't a problem as we were only there for a couple of nights. I would definitely stay here again.

Dear Guest, Thank you very much for the nice review. You are right, we have a minimalistic approach in the rooms design and furniture, with just a few hangers on the wall. But we do have extra solutions for storage in the rooms that we can make available on request. If you come back one day, please let us now...

We found this "not a hotel" in the heart of lower old town. Walk to breakfast and around the old town district. Just up the hill from the bay. Nicely remodeled rooms. The entire lower part of Lisbon is under going re-construction so some noise in the morning is common but the location couldn't be better. If you have a...

Dear Guest, Thank you for the nice review. I am glad your experience with us was good. For car parking we normally recommend the Ribeira park, down the street, which is just as close but a lot cheaper (12,50€/day vs 45€). Best regards, Sonia

This is a place in the old town part of Lisbon. It is walking distance to lots of restaurants and shops but also to all the public transportation. The building has been totally renovated and is very modern. It is on a busy street but the street noise does not bother me and if you close all the shutters you...

Dear Guest, Thanks for the lovely review! Especially at Friday and Saturday night it gets a bit noisy in the street (we are right in the middle of the action!). For most people, the shutters resolve the issue but for more noise sensitive guests, when we know in advance, we always try to offer the rooms facing the back of...

Reception staff very helpful and gave a warm welcome. Spent time explaining where to go and what to do. Room was modern, clean and perfect for our three night stay in Lisbon. Location is excellent. Would definitely stay again.

Dear Guest, Thank you very much for the great review! We love to give our personal recommendations and tips, there is so much new stuff happening in Lisbon. Our free app available for iOS and Android is also a nice help and is always updated. Best regards, Sonia

This is a small boutique hotel that was modern, clean, and had many designer touches. Our room had a kitchenette which was nice. There is no elevator and there is no full time desk staff. If you have questions you call a number listed in your room. You access the accommodations by entering a key code at the front door...

Dear Guest, Thank you for the nice review. I am very sorry that you were disappointed with the fact that we don't provide breakfast. We do say it clearly in our website and booking portals but I guess the category "B&B and Inn's" where we are placed in Tripadvisor may be misleading. In other languages the category has a more...

Our priorities traveling in the summer by car with children are: clean & quiet room, air-condition, strong wi-fi and access to a decent car park. Hall Chiado offers it all (except for the parking - a large public garage further up the street solved that problem). Add to that a perfect location with a few hundred metres down the hill...

Dear Guest, Thank you for your review. Parking in Chiado district is a bit difficult as you say. We have street parking available in front of Hall Chiado but the maximum period is 2h for 3,20€ which is expensive and not very convenient for long stays. There are a few public underground parkings available close by, the one up the...

The room was very comfortable as had everything needed for a short stay. I liked the window opening to the balcony as well as having English speaking stations. It was within walking distance to many restaurants and historical sites as well as the hop on hop off bus and the Metro. It has a unique concept in that you use...

Dear Guest, Thank you for your review. I apologize for the incident with the open door. I clarified this with our cleaning staff and in fact they forgot the door open during the cleaning period for a few minutes. Hall Chiado is a fabulous place to stay which is perfectly located 5 mins from the metro / train station. The room clean with very trendy decor. Dear Guest, I appreciate your nice review. Both of us (owners) are designers so I am really happy that you liked our decor. We tried to make it minimalistic and modern. The app is free and, as you say, really helpful for tips on places in the neighbourhood. All the best, Leonor

The hotel is in a very good location, in Bairro Alto, which lets you explore the nicest part of Lisbon by foot. The hotel itself is very well designed, in a minimalistic style, and it's the only hotel I've ever stayed at that instead of giving you a key or card to your room, offers a 4-digits numeric code! Spent two nights here and really enjoyed it. Location is great, and bunk bed setup was perfect for our kids. It's on a steep hill, so not for mobility-impaired. Staff was friendly and responsive. Easy walk to train/bus station, lots of restaurants, sightseeing.
