This hotel is very well located being a one minute walk from the Marques de Pombal underground station. This makes it very easy to get to any location in Lisbon and accessing the airport and country trains leaving Oriente and Rossio stations. The rooms are comfortable but nothing flash. A comprehensive smorgasbord breakfast if not included in your accommodation package...

This hotel has been updated. Bathroom very clean and spacious. Hotel within 20 minutes walking to city centre. Close to main park and tourist services, metro and buses. Staff were very helpful and breakfast good.Would stay here again as it is good value compared to staying in the city itself.

The hotel is located in the city center. It is very convenient. I have seen many tourists, so I believe that is a good choice if you are visiting Lisbon in leisure. However, it is a terrible choice if you are on a business trip. The rooms are very small and just have 1 wall socket to charge your devices....

We appreciate your opinion, which deserve our best attention. Considering what you mentioned, we realized that the room where you stayed was a tourist room. However, approximately 40% of our hotel also has rooms for the business, which are larger rooms with the appropriate space for those who intend to work. In these cases, we advise our guests to mention...

Stylish hotel, perfect buffet beakfast. Hotel situated near Pombal square, so famous districs can be reached by foot, bus to Belem stops in front of hotel too. The only drawback - no parking near hotel at all. Nice, helpful staff.

Great and cheap hotel next to a metro station and very close to down town. There is only one power plug in the room... the guy behind the bar has to upgrade his drink-skills! The whole employees are kind and friendly - if u need informations about the city they will help

The pictures online are NOT what the rooms actually look like. They put us on the top floor which is the literal attic and the smell of raw sewage poured out of the rooms. The bathroom was so small that the door doesn't open more than a foot and a half. You have to walk sideways into it. We couldn't...

Don't let the cute outside fool you. Our rooms are hideous.. First you carry your luggage down a flight of stairs so you can take a small elevator yo one floor to take a different elevator up to the 8th floor. Well, what a surprise when the door opens to a dark and scary hallway where the lights are on...

15 euros and 25 minutes from the airport off the Marquesh de Pombal square. Or 1.80 € with a bought card in a machine, one station change and 25 minutes. The hotel is located in an old pleasant looking building. Very unusual to see people sipping drinks above the reception - this is an art hotel! Everywhere in the lobby...

Stayed here for 6 nights. Good service by the staff. Clean rooms and well connected by metro to the city centre and airport via 1 transfer. The waterfront is around a 2km walk. Quiet nights and good bed and bathroom. Option to choose for housekeeping or get a voucher which is energy and environment friendly. Nice staff and willing to...
