Spacious hotel with good amenities. Clean rooms and good service. Good food and great location. Zero soundproofing means you can hear noise from other rooms- literally word for word conversations, toilets and showering / waste water drainage. Sleeping was an issue as a result, which is a shame, as we will not be returning or recommending for business or leisure. Please soundproof rooms, the cost is worth the investment in the long term !

I stayed here for 3 nights, not bad value at 110 euro a night. Starting with a negative the breakfast experience was manic, there was 2 coach loads of people all trying to have breakfast at the same time, the food kept running out even though the staff were trying their hardest. Not much better the second day there was only 1 coach load. The room was clean and had a comfortable bed, the walls are a bit thin you can hear everything from the next room and corridors. Staff were very friendly, 4 euros for a beer not bad, free nuts and crisps were offered each time. Would I stay here again? Yes 👍

We booked a night here pre flying out. It’s a bit of a soulless place, to be honest. The beds are ok at best and the breakfast we tried was pretty tasteless. So why the four stars? It’s the guys who manned the reception that swung it. They were just fab - I remember one was called Bruno and another Tiago with a third guy who wore glasses. Truly personable, professional and super friendly. They sorted out a car parking issue and where to eat seamlessly and with a smile. These three guys are well suited to any 5 star.

This is our first time in this hotel. I can't complain about the room as it was very clean and modern, also the bed was very conformable, the bathroom was modern and no shortage of shower gel, shampoo etc. nice thick towels and bathrobes. Staff were very friendly and helpful, although the bar could do with being reconfigured as it is just a bar hidden in the corner of a big room, there was no atmosphere at all, it lacked ambience. As for breakfast, all I can say is it was a bery big let down. We arrived in the restaurant at 8.30 am. There was only thick toast bread which I don't particularly like, some mixed bread rolls, no croissants, no scrambled eggs, they did have fried eggs that looked like the texture of rubber, no bacon, no cheese slices, no cold meats! in fact there was very little of anything. When I asked a member of staff why was there a lack of so many breakfast foods, and so early? The answer was they had a large party in earlier! Sorry, but it is a hotel in one of the busiest areas of Lisbon that has business people and tourists all year round, and they should have some idea how many guests should be arriving for breakfast each morning, and food should be continuously refreshed, other hotels manage without any problem, and I can say that as we have stayed in plenty of hotels around Oriente and downtown Lisbon over the years. We had just arrived back from a trip to the UK the previous evening, but had we had been going to the airport that morning, we would have hardly eaten anything as it took a good 25 mins. before they brought food from the kitchen to the buffet.......

We overnighted here as the hotel is only a three subway stop from the airport. The staff throughout the hotel were wonderful - friendly and helpful. Our room was spacious with terrific beds and a great bathroom. The hotel breakfast was very good. Only a few blocks from Oriente Station and a couple of blocks from the waterfront, you can't beat the location. What really impressed us is that although we were only staying one night, the hotel put a complimentary half bottle of port with mixed nuts in our room, and two delicious cookies - unexpected but appreciated! Gestures like these really count when you're traveling!

We were very well served by the staff. Olissippo is a decent 4 star hotel, with facilities like you'd expect like a bar and restaurant and decent rooms. It's in great location of you want to explore the Expo redeveloped area of Nations Park and the Oriente area. What stood out for us was the excellent customer service. We changed the date of our booking and then the room, twice, and all was dealt with charm and attention by the multilingual staff. Also, the breakfast was very good for a typical 4* establishment - better than average for a good price of €10 ph. Overall, highly recommended.

Darei nota do desenrolar desta situação. I stayed at the hotel for 4 nights. The staff is friendly and the breakfast varied. I can't find any other positive aspects. The rooms are not very spacious and you can hear the noise from the neighbouring rooms. You can hear the toilet flaps slamming, drawers opening, people talking, water running from the taps, everything is very audible and disturbing. The bathroom is occupied by the door that opens and stands in the middle of it, preventing the bathtub from passing to the toilet without it being fully closed. The bedroom doors have no system to dampen the noise when closing, so that every time a guest arrives and enters their room the noise of the door closing is very disturbing. The corridors smell bad, like a sewer. To disguise it, they use air fresheners that make the smell even more unbearable. For the amount they charge, they would have an obligation to improve what they offer their customers. To decide if it's on my list of hotels to avoid, I'm waiting for them to interfere with a reservation that I inadvertently made on a website, whose printscreen I delivered with all the documentation proving that I was charged 185 euros for a night that I added before entering the hotel and that was advertised for 145 euros. This is a gross abuse which, however difficult it may be for the hotel to control, it should know how to resolve with the client who ends up losing 1/3 of the value of one night. I will keep a note of how this situation develops.

So here for business. Hotel was recommended by a colleague as its close to the office. Nice reception area. Check In staff friendly. Rooms well appointed large, I had a view which was nice. High floor reccomended. A couple of issues - no gym shame I thought 4 star hotels had to have one, no washing gel on the first night. No towels on the second when I got back. Iron I was given was very poor. Room service was ok , waitress couldn't open the wine so I did it for her, perhaps some training. Breakfast was ok, food wasn't very warm to be honest but acceptable. It was an ok stay, I wasn't wowed by the service standards, the rate was alright, lots of hotels in lisbon to choose from so will see what else is out there before returning.
