The hotel is near the city center, but away from tourist crowds. The room was clean but almost without window and bathroom has glass door. The hotel has nice garden and it is open 24 hours a day. It is gay friendly also. You can leave a car on the street near the hotel, parking is free.

The hotel is located in a 3 floor old house which means that you have to be prepared to walk the stairs. The service is less than average I had to ask for help for my mother to carry her luggage because she can not carry it up the stairs. The breakfast can not be taken upstairs in the garden...

For the amount of money we spent (€40, 2 pax, 2 night, w/o breakfast) I shouldn't complain about anything. I think anyway that it is always the case to say my own impressions so, here I am. First of all, the Hostal is a bit further than the stated "m" from the metro station Intendente. At first we thought it...

This hostel-style hotel is in a less popular but nevertheless practical part of Lisbon, 2 minutes' walk from the Intendente metro stop. The staff are friendly and helpful, though in our experience you have to make the first move to engage with some of them. Rooms are basic, but for us were clean and moderately comfortable - the en suite...

Stayed for four days. Receptionist do not bother to say good morning. If you want a new handkerchief you must pay. Breakfastroom with noisy television, warm glasses for juice. All in all very poor. The bed are making more sound that you can believe. I never book this hotel again, stay away!!!

When we arrived at the hotel, the receptionist ( Adilson) was most helpful, and as our rooms werent ready to go into as yet, he helped us with our luggage and ensuring they were secure until we could get into our rooms. The free complimentary breakfasts filled a small whole, consisting of coffee....orange juice...cereal...and two rolls with a cheese spread...

Me and four friends booked a large room with seperate beds & ensuite bathroom for 5 nights. We only stayed 3 once we found out the room was infested with BEDBUGS! Two of my friends woke up covered in bites on there arms and legs. We found the matterass and skirting board full of bugs. We asked for a full...

This was one of the worst hostels or guest houses that i have ever stayed in. A group of 3 had booked 3 separate rooms. we arrived at 9 pm when we got their the guy at the desk had advised me that my card had been declined and that i was lucky that he had not cancelled the reservation....

The hostel had very good breakfast. Basic, but not dull. The room was clean and had a washbasin and a bidet. The shared bathroom wasn't always super clean. Our room was quiet and it wasn't very hot. We LOVED the outdoors terrace on upper floor, spent there some time. The neighborhood wasn't very fancy, we didn't feel super safe, but...
