We stayed here for two night while passing through Lisbon. We liked the location, a two minute walk from the Metro, and also not too far from good restaurants. Our room was kind of small, but not a problem. It took us a few minutes to figure out how the lights worked, it's not that intuitive. The colored mood lighting above the bed was a little provocative, never seen that before.... Beware the black-out curtains, they worked so well that we overslept by 3 hours on our first morning there. The music theme is kind of fun. The staff was excellent. The check-in counter was a drum set and there was a faux recording studio near the breakfast area. Breakfast was very good with lots of choices. We would definitely stay here again.
We could not fault anything about this hotel and our superb short break in Lisbon. All the staff were very friendly and helpful and could not do enough for us. Our room was very clean, modern, and confortable. Breakfast excellent and was a lovely touch of birthday cake and bubbly. Thank you. We will be back.
Our Room was modern, spacious, clean and very well designed. Fabulous power shower and spacious bathroom. Location is adjacent to Metro so an easy journey to/from airport and downtown. Staff were very friendly, especially Barbara who was the Breakfast Room Manager. Great Breakfast too, with Sparkling Wine, and even Vodka for those Bloody Marys ! There was a kettle and mini-fridge in the bedroom. Note: There are three HF Fenix hotels together so make sure you arrive at the one you've booked into.
Overall Good service. Good cleaning, Very big rooms and good view over Lisbon . Swimming Pool in the rooftop. Too crowded, and too long to call a taxi. Close to all the facilities. The breakfast could offer more variety
This is one of 3 similar hotels in the street, service was great room nice and come with breakfast which is sensational. This hotel has a pool but it was too cold for us to use, the roof top view was great. Close to a Metro railway station that can take you to the old city. Lisbon attractions are spread out so you need to use to the public transport system. Great staff
