This place is fine for a short stay. The decor is outdated (like you're staying at your grandparents house) but the rooms are clean and tidy. The rooms are a good size, however the bathrooms are very small/cramped, but functional. The pension is located about a 10 minute walk from the main part of town and is close to the...

I traveled 2 weeks ago from north of Portugal to Lisabon to fly back home. I stayed one night in this pension, let say I only sleep as arrived at 24:00 and left at 5:00. Don't expect a lot, it's a cheap hotel in the center of Lisabon, old furnitures. However it has a particular atmosphere, typical of Lisabon style....

Good service, good location and good price. From the outside the hotel doesn't look so charming, but the room was clean and comfortable. It is very near a stop where you can easily take a direct bus to the city centre, also very near a metro station.

Pros: + staff are helpful and friendly + location of the hostel is good - near one of metro stations + neighborhood is quiet (at least it was when we were there in November 2014;)), so you can sleep easy Cons: - lack of a kitchen (even any kettle or something like that), so if you want to drink tea...

As for the rooms, you get what you get when you don't pay more and to be honest I was a bit skeptical when I arrived. But everything it turned out to be great. The hotel is located in a nice area and the service really is excellent 24/7.

We stayed here for one night before flying back home. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The rooms however are outdated. The room itself was clean and tidy. Our room was on the street side with a lot of noise from the street, going on in the middle of the night. Since the windows don't shut properly the noise...

Good location, only 3 metro stops from the center. The place is bit old and shabby but well kept. the rooms are with private bathroom and balcony overlooking busy street with traffic. Nice stuff. Good value for the money paid.

Very small room for 3 persons, toilet with bathroom had 1,6 m2 and sitting on toilet I was not able to close the door (because of my legs). Very loud, It's a center of Lisboa, but windows are old aqnd not good anymore. Stuff is kind, andin relation to the price it's acceptable.

I understand that the reviews mentioned here are not so good - but the owner has expanded her guest house to a new building next to the Pension. This place is now called Hotel Lisbon Style and is absolutely newly renovated. The rooms are modern, very functional and perfect for a stay. Most rooms face back from the street -...

“Ask for rooms facing away from the street which is noisy. Benefit from cooking your own food in the kitchen of the breakfast area !!! A market is close bye. All pots, plates and so forth are provided by the guest house.”
