We stayed at this boutique hotel for a few days last week. It was perfect in every way. We had suite 15 from which you could see the river a few blocks away. It was big and comfortable with space to rest and relax. It was spotlessly clean. The location was most convenient near Praza de Commercio and within walking distance from Rossio. A short taxi ride took us to Marques de Pombal and Avenida da Liberdade.with its lovely trees and excellent stores. The staff could not have been more helpful, especially Luisa and Miguel. We would love to go back.
We stayed here for five nights. The hotel is well situated for the centre of Lisbon, and very handy for Cais do Sodré station (for trips along the coast to Cascais or Belém). Also not too far from Rossio station for a trip to Sintra. The hotel is situated on a quiet square, but close to the main tourist centre. Our room faced the Tram 28 side, but only the top floor rooms actually have a view onto the Tram. The rooms have plenty of character and are well sized. What really made our trip special were the staff. Very pleasant and helpful. I realised one morning that I had lost my bag the night before and Felipe on reception called the police station for us. Miraculously, the bag has been picked up by a police officer and he helped us track it down and printed a letter and directions to help us get to the out of town station to collect it. It was also my husband’s birthday, and the staff helped arrange some surprise cake in our room when we returned to our room one day. Would definitely go back here next time we are in Lisbon.…
A lovely hotel just a couple of minutes walk from Praça do Comércio, the rooms were clean and had been sealed before arrival, the staff were attentive and the breakfast was sufficient. I would not hesitate to stay here again, the only minor niggle was the transfer arranged by the hotel from the airport didnt turn up so we ended up taking a taxi, on our departure the transfer from the hotel to the airport again didnt turn up and the hotel reception had to chase them up, i would advise making you own transfer arrangements, this minor hiccup it no way detracts from the fact this is a very nice place to stay.
My husband and I had the pleasure of staying for a few days late February to March 3rd 2020. We loved everything about this small wonderful hotel. Not only is the location simply the best but the staff could not have been more helpful. We had a lovely view of the courtyard which was quiet and it was so easy to explore fascinating Lisbon. We enjoyed our breakfasts and dinners at Delfina. We prefer staying in smaller hotels and Inns and Alma Lusa was exceptional. We are thankful for such beautiful memories of Lisbon and Alma Lusa
Stayed for a couple of nights as we stopped over in Lisbon on our way to South America. Location: Very central - tucked away in the corner of Praca do Municipio. Easy walking distance around old town. 10min to Time out market. Number 28 tram stops near by. Rooms: Nicely decorated and loved the tolietories! Our room had a nice view of the square. Service: front desk staffs were friendly and helpful throughout our stay. All spoke excellent english (which was good as our Portuguese is rubbish!)
