What a beautiful spot to holiday and play golf. a really enjoyable 18 hole course, fantastic apartment and loads of fantastic restaurants nearby. We travelled in a radius of about 20 miles, visited a beach, found the local hospitality really warm and friendly. We ate out at around 10 euros a head including drinks, and it was gorgeous food everywhere....

My friends and I stayed at a villa on this resort in October 2015, although out of season we all had an enjoyable time. The food and service at the club house was very good. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The location is peaceful, however venturing out a taxi is required for trips to Setubal and parts of...

This is a private condominium where there are few apartment blocks for rent. A lot of private houses are abandoned or were never inhabited and are vandalised, which causes a bit of a discomfort. The rental apartments don't have the appliances that are listed in booking.com. Poor and arrogant management with no sense of customer service. If you don't want...

We stayed in villa Serena with family. The villa was just amazing. The attention to detail throughout was exceptional. Everything you need is in the villa. The communication from owner in England was great, very prompt. I couldn't recommend this villa enough to friends and family it was truly 5 stars.

Owned by the Pelicano and Albatros Group that do not honour their Obligations. Do not Invest here at all. OK for a night stay before going into Lisbon but nothing more. Restaurant used to be good but has gone downhill somewhat. Staff ok at actual resort but the Management team in Lisbon for long term investors do not honour their...

Our friends rented a three bed villa adjoining the 4th hole of the golf course and we joined them for the second week. Location was beautiful and the villa spotless and very well appointed with a lovely deck/pool and everything you'd wish for. The resort was very quiet and many of the houses were uninhabited but the Setubal peninsula was...

We stayed 9 days in the resort. We were very impressed with our apartment. They were very clean, modern and well equipped. Cleaners came around every day replacing towels etc. The staff at the club house had very good english and knowledge of differnt events occuring throughout our stay (eg. Nearby beaches, festivals, bus times etc.) The food was good there...

We'd booked our villa though Owner's Direct in the UK. Whilst the villa was pleasant it wasn't up to normal villa standards and, on reflection perhaps this was because the owner doesn't live in Portugal. For a property sleeping six there were only 3 wine glasses, one shower out of service, cobwebs in three rooms, etc - the villa is...

We stayed for four nights in the golf resort. We arrived tired and stressed and left completely relaxed after a most enjoyable stay. We stayed in the apartments which were spotlessly clean and cleaners arrived every morning. The apartment is sparsly fitted out but we didn't cook so everything we needed was there. We went to the beach everyday which...

Stayed at Palmela Village Golf Resort last weekend. Lovely apartment style accommodation, friendly staff, quiet, relaxed location - easy access from Lisbon airport.Very enjoyable night in clubhouse on Saturday night, live music. We have no interest in golf but lovely walk through the golf course, birds on the lake. Great restaurants nearby. If you are looking for a holiday in...
