My friend and I stayed here and enjoyed it. The only problem was that we booked an economy room which was really too small for two people. The breakfast was very nice. One morning they had coconut yogurt and I loved it. The next day there was none and the staff heard me say something about that. They went out... More

We arrived particularly early at the Villa das Rosas and were summarily welcomed by Manuel who was in the process of tidying up after breakfast. Located a short distance from Sintra Centro, we left the car and luggage to walk into the center. The Villa is a small, charming oasis, set apart from the residential neighborhood it is located in... If you're looking for a special place to stay that's not a standard hotel, Villa Das Rosas is a beautiful place to stay. We were a couple with two older children, and they gave us a kind of cabin with two relatively small rooms with a skylight in each. It was too late and two cold to go to the... More

Excellent and elegant place 20' by walk away from the city center. There are several accommodations, each one is different. There is a big relax area with toys for babies. The guy of the staff was kind and the breakfast was good. It is a good solution if you want to avoid the crowd city center of Sintra. I heard... More

A really lovely place! Very quaint. Room was nice and breakfast very good. The only downside might be trying to get a hold of someone in charge on an evening. But saying that we left a note in the kitchen and it was answered later in the evening. It is also quite a walk to the historic part of Sintra... More

We enjoyed our stay here very much. The property is beautiful and has many facilities depending on what you want to do: pool, snooker, etc. The staff was very friendly and the breakfast was delicious.

Villa Das Rosas is a great find in Sintra, a superb cozy and friendly small hotel. Situated a short walk from the town and rail station. Great breakfast, great pool. Our room was very nice and perfectly clean.

This nice, clean, cosy and pleasant hotel is just outside the historic centre of Sintra (but it only takes 10 minutes by foot to get there !!). The room we were in was pretty spacy and well decorated. All modern comfort available (including free wifi). The staff was very helpful and friendly. Breakfast in form of a buffet, was very... More

The hotel was situated in a side street within short walking distance of the town. Free parking in the grounds with a remote for the gate. The house, gardens and outbuildings were wonderful. There was a room for reading and activities also in the garden and seating to relax on. The staff were friendly and helpful providing us with maps... More

Loved this place. Beautiful old villa style hotel. Very nice garden with swimming pool. Really quiet in the night, so you sleep very well. Nice room. Perfect service. Good breakfast. Good parking space. Whole Sintra on walking distance. Close by bus stop to Pena palace.
