The hotel is brand new and the decor of the rooms very cute, there is only one plug available to charge mobiles and not near the table, the receptionist not very Pro and unfriendly. On the Reservation put 30 minutes of Jacuzzi per room and day checkin is at 16:00h but since you have to book that day you run out of Jacuzzi because there are no longer gaps, I feel cheated. Otherwise all right.

Excellent hotel with very supportive staff. Breakfast had a good selection of hot or cold, and if not there, just ask. The hotel is a 15-20 walk outside of town, but we found that it is an excellent way to exercise and build an appetite for three evening meals ( note some restaurants don't open until 7.00pm) The hotel pool was well sheltered with beds available Rooms very clean and well service Bar available when required Good all round and thanks to all the reception staff for their advice and help

Too bad. We had been to the hotel several times and always ended up delighted, so we lived this year. Please ask for a quiet room on the upper floor, as we sleep very badly. They told us that based on availability, I understand. We arrived at 10:30 in the morning and the cheking could not be done until 4, we were told however that we were notified when the room was available, we repeated the silent. No one calls us, we arrive at 4 and we are given a room on the first floor and on the main street, just the opposite of what was requested. The receptionist very edge, tells us that they have had 14 entrances and what there is, that others had made the Reservation before and tells us the Reservation date of the rooms very unpolitely. Come the one you dare us in the morning and then find one for the day follow me, on the top floor but the same street. They propose to leave the room before 12 and take the new one at 4, again all day waiting to take the room. That we thought about it. The next day at 9 we say that we do not change because the noise will be similar and the new receptionist of edge shape also tells us that we have to change because we have requested it when we were told to decide and tell them at breakfast, the question is what indication would have given the receptionist of the check to address us like this. So a shame, we love the hotel, the perfect cleanliness, the super friendly cafeteria staff but the reception staff leaves much to be desired.

A lovely hotel with very helpful and friendly staff. Good breakfast selection. Try and get second floor rooms, as can hear the movement of chairs and people in the restaurant below if you are in a first floor room pool side. Supermarket a few minutes walk. Nice pool, but too cold in June to swim. A nice walk to the beach ond promenade. For restaurants, don't eat in the beach front ones, like Golfinho. They are tourist traps and expensive. Try the back street restaurants, they are nicer and better value. A taxi to Porto airport is around fifty euros.

I stayed in a couple for 9 days, of which only 3 times were changed. During the stay, properly informed in advance and on the date of check-in, of the celiac situation of my wife, to which on a Friday-feet at breakfast informed that there was no longer gluten-free bread. only the next Monday (forecast departure on Sunday). adding to this question, and contaminations, and food safety flaws, e.g. the yogurts are served in glass cups, without any information in them, only an label in front of these. To which I have confirmed several times the exchange of natural yogurts for other flavors. Ignoring the question of dates, cross contamination is truly predictable. Note, I alerted the employee for a black spot with about 3 mm diameter in one of the yogurts... the sound insulation of the rooms is not worthy of a 4-star hotel, when there was ALL that happens in the neighboring rooms. The care at the reception was taken care of by the girls/ladies, already with the boy/man can not say the same. Without any preparation, careless, careless, only interested in discarding responsibilities, interrupting the client's speech several times. Noisy minibar (but in this case it is hard to expect better). Towels provided with nodos. Taking advantage of leaving, maintenance need in the sanitary beds(loose toilet) base shower with damage in the backbone, inadequate shower for the installation.

We have been staying as a couple with 2 girls. It is a hotel very close to a beautiful beach (5 minutes walk) with a swimming pool, very clean and well located to see Porto and Aveiro although far from the center of Espinho. It is located in an apartment area. There is a kilometre-long wooden staircase ideal for walking. Positive points: - Quiet atmosphere - Kindness of the staff and extraordinary attention (especially the waiters and waitresses) - Very good food in general - Spacious and comfortable room - Proximity to the beach and points of interest - Very clean overall - Good pool, sufficient size and cozy atmosphere - Good price Bad points: - No animation, not even music, which puts you off when it comes to having a drink, a beer, etc. Missing some entertainment - The breakfast cups and plates were not very clean, they had to be checked. Very fair breakfast. - The rooms were made very late, they even didn't do it for us one day. The check-in time was later than it said. - A lot of noise in the rooms, the walls hardly insulate
It is a hotel that I would return to both for the price, the food and the friendliness of the staff and the ideal location to see points of interest. I was surprised by the beach (positively)

Hotel weighs though not in the center, but is located nearby and with accessible pedestrian access. Sympathy in the reception of guests. Well-organized SPA service. Outdoor pool with good dimensions. Possibility of lunch and dinner in the hotel restaurant, as an interesting alternative and with the possibility of late check-out. Modern and well hygienized rooms. The review could be better if the fact that the options for double beds rather than two single beds were not so limited. To mention also the disorganization that occurs in the parking lot provided by the hotel, which provision becomes chaotic , because of the guests themselves of the hotel and which the hotel should regulate better, through me greater vigilance. The best... It was really the company!!

Good bed, breakfast with a lot of variety, impeccable cleanliness, friendly and attentive staff. They offered Easter almonds. The sea view is not the best. I suggest you inform them about availability and access to the hotel's facilities.

This hotel was as near to perfect as it gets for us. We stayed as a family of four in a Sea View Suite on the first floor. The 2 rooms were very comfortable. Large double bed for adults and fold out sofa bed for the children. The bed was so comfortable. The block out shutters helped us get a great night’s sleep each night. There is a spotless clean pool with about 20 beds surrounding it. It tended to get busy later in the afternoon as people checked in but we never had trouble finding somewhere to lie. Breakfast was a buffet with plenty of choice. We still had plenty to choose from after 5 mornings. The staff was brilliant. Especially the restaurant and cleaning staff. They were so considerate and kind. The WiFi worked well and the TV had lots of channel choice. It is a decent walk to Espinho town centre.but well worth the effort. There is a Continente supermarket and a McDonalds a short walk away. The boardwalk is about 500m away as is the beach. We plan to stay here again next Summer

Very clean hotel and located in a quiet area. Good rooms and good bed. Excellent breakfast. I can not give a better review, because at the level of Spa conditions, it should be noted that for the jacuzi it is necessary to mark and the use time is 30minutes. The pool is just outdoor though it is pretty good.
